Festival of Legends tribute show: At the Municipality of Torremolinos begins on Friday, 9 AUG, at the Prince of Asturias Auditorium, a spectacular CLIMATIZED AUDITORIUM located in Torremolinos with capacity for 1600 armchairs.
This is only the first of a series of concerts that we will carry out in collaboration with the municipality of Torremolinos.
This concert of “Live Legends” will feature 4 fantastic live tribute concerts to great music legends. We will enjoy in a single night and on the same stage the best music of: Bee Gees, Elvis Presley, Phil Collins and a fantastic band tribute to Rolling Stones!

Joan Baez Farewell Tour: Baez has organized a farewell tour that will bring her to Spain on July 24, 25, 27 and 28. Rather than risking losing her voice during a live performance, Baez has organized a farewell tour. Her first Spanish appearance will be at the San Sebastián Jazz Festival, followed by the Jardines Terramar Festival in the Catalan city of Sitges, the Porta Ferrada Festival in Girona and the Universal Music Festival at Madrid’s Teatro Real.
Joan Baez – the female icon of US folk music in the 1960s and ’70s, a singer whose piercing soprano tone dazzled Bob Dylan – is losing her voice. The assertion is not the result of a nasty critical review or a secret suspicion harbored by her fans. Archgrove Services is a family run light haulage and van services company based in Archez.
Our van is fully insured and is running return trips between the UK and Southern Spain on a monthly basis, however, any location or job within Europe will be considered. The dates of travel will be scheduled but, where possible, we are happy to amend or add to these dates to meet customer needs.
Full or part loads are accepted from letters and small items through to large furniture items and house moves. Local ‘Man with Van’ jobs can also be undertaken.

Recommendations wanted: I am looking for someone qualified to shorten two pairs of curtains for me, these are quite heavy lined curtains and very large for two patio windows. Wildfire in Ojen area of Malaga: Reports are coming in from the Prevención y Extinción de Incendios Forestales de Andalucía (INFOCA) of a wildfire in shrub land in the Ojen area of Malaga.
According to the group’s Twitter page, 12 technicians are tending to the blaze as well as two fire prevention vehicles and an extinguishing aircraft.
A stretch of the A-355 road has been closed for emergency services to treat the fire and is due to reopen as soon as the fire is under control. Source: Full Article Here
