Pirate IPTV: Spanish Police Target €1m Supplier, 12 People Arrested. The investigation began in 2017 when officers of the Central Cybercrime Unit became aware of a Facebook page where access to pirate TV was being offered. (Since FB saves everything, the police will easily be able to trace all clients of this illegal service who responded to these FB ads. Yet one wonders why FB and YouTube allow these illegal posts despite the FB & YT User Agreements saying no info regarding pirate media sources will be tolerated?!? -Ed) Hoping to make a dent in the supply chain, police in Spain say they have carried out an operation to “dismantle” a service that sourced raw TV streams and distributed them, supplied Video On Demand (VOD) content, and then sold packages to clients. The two-year investigation came to head last Friday when the 12 suspects were arrested when raids were carried out on addresses in Madrid, Toledo, Alicante, Murcia, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and other locations. Early snow sees November opening for Spain’s ski resorts: The first of Spain’s ski resorts opened last week after a polar blast brought unexpectedly early snow.
La Masella in Spain’s eastern Pyrenean region became the first ski station to open in all of Spain, inaugurating the season last Wednesday with two lifts open.
Snow coverage of about 25cms was topped up by artificial snow machines at the resort in Girona region of Catalonia at the start of a season that is expected to last until Easter week in April next year.
The resorts of Astún (Huesca) and Punto de Nieve Santa Inés (Soria) also opened last weekend.

Sweeping corruption probe in southern Spain delivers first convictions: Two former regional premiers from the Socialist Party (PSOE) have been found guilty by a Seville court in the main case of the so-called “ERE scandal,” involving a decade of irregularities in the use of a €680-million government fund meant for laid-off workers. Do You Post Videos On YouTube?: If you use the royalty-free music tracks that YouTube offers, you MUST to read this article.
A very popular YouTube video creator, with over 56 million views, who used a royalty-free track supplied by YouTube itself, has had all of his videos copyright claimed by companies including SonyATV and Warner Chappell. According to these big-tech music outfits, Matt Lownes (famous YouTuber) use of the YouTube supplied, supposedly “free to use” track ‘Dreams’ means that they are now entitled to all of Matt’s YouTube  revenue! Matt says he won’t be able to risk putting any music in his videos in future, because even with the best intentions, a “billion-dollar corporation” can simply decide that they “would like to start benefiting off your blood, sweat and tears.” The injustices in this case are outrageous, and unfortunately all too common. Appealing these decisions is a nightmare: waiting games, jargon filled generic auto letters, ignored pleas to communicate with a real human, referrals to other departments, penalties for losing appeals, with a 3 strikes and you’re banned threat rule to discourage appeals, and more this poor fellow had to endure. A German Bracco from Almoradí, has been crowned Spain’s “most beautiful” young dog: The young canine was chosen this weekend champion of Spain of the young class (age 9-18 months) in the “Beauty” category. The national dog show took place at the Palacio de Ferias y Exposiciones (IFEPA) in Torrepacheco (Murcia).
