Vetiver Spain in Sayalonga
Are you having soil erosion issues after all the recent rain? Vetiver is the perfect solution with the 3 – 4 metre root system.
The plant is non invasive, grows rapidly and once established it needs very little water.
We are finally open again for business. We are still not permitted to have visitors at our nursery but we can ship plants via post or we can deliver locally.
Our first day of shipping was Monday and we shipped 2,000 plants to various locations in Spain, Portugal, and Hungary.
We have plenty of Vetiver in stock. Right now the soil is nice and damp and the weather is starting to heat up so it is the perfect time to plant.
We also have Lemon Grass, Moringa Seedlings and Organic Moringa Powder.
Moringa, also known as the “Miracle Tree”, has many nutritional and health benefits. If you have ever been to a Thai Restaurant you have probably had Lemon Grass.
Lemon Grass grows easily and quickly. Take a look at our website or go directly to the two links below. If you have any questions please contact us either by email or phone.

Spanish Government agrees with Citizens to an extension of fifteen days instead of one month: The Government has reached an agreement with Ciudadanos to approve a new extension of the state of alarm that will be fifteen days like the previous ones and not one month as the Executive originally intended.
During these fifteen days the Executive undertakes to analyze the measures and, where appropriate, necessary legislative reforms that allow an orderly exit from the state of alarm and the management of the pandemic at that time, without the use of the constitutional tool of the alarm declaration.

Face masks in Spain will be compulsory in public spaces where social distancing cannot be respected: The personal protective equipment will need to be worn in closed areas and on the street where a two-meter safe distance against coronavirus contagion is not possible.
Until now, the use of face masks has been “recommended” in areas where two-meter safe distances cannot be respected. The ministerial order to extend their use will be published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) in the coming days. Once published, face masks will become obligatory in businesses and closed public spaces. The order will clarify under what conditions they must also be worn on the street. Empty middle seat? Depends on which country you are flying in: Travellers, airlines and airports are grappling with a hodgepodge of rules put in place during the pandemic that will make flying different in almost every country. Onboard service is changing too. Business-class meals, once a selling point for premium carriers hiring celebrity chefs, have been reduced to pre-packaged items on carriers including Emirates, Air Canada (AC.TO) and British Airways. Automation is also increasing, as carriers such as Qantas Airways Ltd (QAN.AX) ask passengers to check in online to limit contact with staff and other fliers. The good news is there are some signs children may not transmit COVID-19, but the bad news is that human immunity may not last that long, two UK epidemiologists say: The signs are that children may not spread it as much as adults, Dr Rosalind Eggo, who is on committees that advise the British government on its infectious disease response, told members of parliament’s upper house. “We think that children are less likely to get it so far but it is not certain, we are very certain that children are less likely to have severe outcomes and there are hints that children are less infectious but it is not certain,” said Eggo of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. EasyJet Says Hackers Accessed Data of 9 Million Customers: EasyJet Plc said that email addresses and travel data of about 9 million customers had been accessed in a “highly sophisticated” cyberattack, one of the biggest data breaches to hit the airline industry.

Brexit Hotline

The Spanish government has a hotline to answer all queries from Brits living in Spain about the implications of Brexit, in English. Callers can ring 060 when in Spain or +34 902 887060 if calling from abroad and an automated system will offer the choice of either Spanish or English.
You will then be offered a choice of information on the different issues.
The service also offers the option of speaking to an operator for those requiring further information or with a specific query not dealt with by the automated options. Source: https://www.thelocal.es/20200218/spain-launches-dedicated-brexit-hotline

These banners do NOT indicate the business is open during the Alarm Period. They are simply promos like a roadside billboard. I see no reason to remove them. By now everyone should know non-essential travel is banned. Call Sponsors for their current status as most, but not all, must be closed. -Ed.

All current Sponsors have received extensions to their Sponsorship expiration dates to compensate for the lockdown time we are experiencing. -Ed.
