Recommendations & Requests

Recommendation for Moonette Products: I have been using Moonette’s range of cruelty free beauty products for over a year now and I have noticed a difference in my facial skin. I have used the cleanser, eye cream and face serum which have all proved to be great products. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the condition of my skin, less redness and fine lines do not seem so prominent. Her range of facial products are very affordable and I would highly recommend them.
Contact Moonette: Tel 650 044 102 ; www.moonette.es & Moonette FB Link or find their contact details in the sponsor section at the bottom of every issue of DigameXtra.

COVID Restrictions Update- This article is a summary of the official 8 page bulletin from the BOJA (Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía): {Full article translated from https://sevilla.abc.es} Updated: 01/16/2021 20:32
-After the announcement yesterday of the restrictions by Juanma Moreno and the refusal this Saturday of the Government to grant the president’s requests, the Board publishes the Official Gazette
-The Government does not allow Andalusia home confinement but it will study the advance of the curfew
-The ten new measures of Andalusia to combat the coronavirus and stop the third wave
-The “explosion” of the third wave of the coronavirus has caused many communities that have been forced to act. Thus, Andalusia has been one of those that has announced new measures against Covid, which will come into force at 00.00 hours this January 17 (early morning from Saturday to Sunday) after the Board has published the Official Gazette of the Board of Andalusia (BOJA) .
-The president, Juanma Moreno , had already explained the most important keys in his appearance on Friday night, but there were a couple of measures that were pending for the Pedro Sánchez government to accept them.
-Andalusia wanted to advance the curfew at 8:00 p.m. and had requested permission to carry out confinements home in those municipalities in which the contagion rate was soaring. Salvador Illa, Minister of Health, intervened this morning at a press conference to make it clear that he will not allow the communities to confine, although he did open the possibility of advancing the curfew, something that he commented that he will deal with those that are interested in it.
-Thus, the curfew in Andalusia remains from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., since Juanma Moreno indicated that it would be the case if the Government did not respond to his request. For the rest, it confirms perimeter closure of the community, the provinces and the municipalities that exceed the incidence of 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days .

Click to access BOJA21-506-00008-625-01_00184589.pdf

-In the same way, the BOJA indicates that there is the closure of the hotel industry and non-essential commerce in the 91 municipalities that have a contagion rate higher than 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. In addition, the bars and restaurants in Andalusia, as well as the shops, will have to close at 18.00 .
-Juanma Moreno also confirmed meetings of people restrictions. The maximum goes from six to four, both in the private sphere (houses) and in the public sphere (street and bars).
*Summary of measures*
1. The Andalusian perimeter closure is maintained. You can only enter or leave with just cause.
2. Closing of hotels and shops at 6 pm.
3. Meetings of 4 people, including tables in bars and restaurants.
4. Perimeter closure of the eight provinces.
5. Perimeter closure of the 219 municipalities with a contagion rate greater than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
6. Closure of the hotel trade and non-essential commerce in the 93 municipalities (of those 219) with a contagion rate higher than 1,000 per 100,000 inhabitants (level 4). At the beginning, the Campo de Gibraltar district was in Level 4, grade II, except for Jimena de la Frontera and San Martín del Tesorillo, for having between 500 and 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. However, the committee of experts has considered that these two municipalities must also enter Level 4, grade II, so no non-essential activity will be allowed in them. In the other 126 municipalities with a contagion rate higher than 500 cases, they will be closed on the perimeter but hospitality activities will be allowed until 6:00 p.m.
7. The curfew is maintained from 10 pm to 6 am, since the Government has not stopped from 8 pm to 6 pm, at the expense of negotiating with the autonomous communities that request it.
8. The restaurant services may make home deliveries until 11:30 p.m., establishing the deadline for placing orders at 10:30 p.m. They may also provide take away food collection services until 9.30 pm In the collection services at the establishment, the customer must place the order by phone.
9. The time limit will not apply to hospitality establishments without music, although they may not issue or consume alcoholic beverages after 6:00 p.m.
10. Authorized mobility for federated athletes, judges and referees, for competitions and training. Without companions.

Sierra Nevada Ski Resort Remains Open Despite Tough New Restrictions: Cetursa has most certainly breathed a sigh of relief as the official Gazette will announce that the Sierra Nevada ski resort can remain open, despite tough new restrictions and municipality closures announced for the Andalucían Community. The ski resort was at capacity on Saturday, January 16 as the recent cold weather has created perfect skiing conditions, and people living further afield no doubt flocked to the mountains to take advantage of the sport before travel is restricted on Sunday. It is expected that the official guidelines will indicate that people may travel to the Sierra Nevada once they don’t come from confined municipalities, but they will have to purchase a ski pass in advance. The National Police warns of a rebound in scams impersonating Microsoft: The Higher Headquarters of the National Police in Aragon has alerted citizens of a upsurge in scams, initiated through a call, impersonating the Microsoft company .
The modus operandi begins through telephone contacts, which are made using random dialling devices. Thus, unknown people pose as employees of said technology company and request access to the computer that appears to be affected by a virus . Through a series of indications, the victim installs a remote control program on his computer with which the scammers seize keys, passwords and other sensitive information, the National Police explained in a press release.
Before ending the call, the person who is being deceived is asked a small amount of money as a resolution of the problem , for which they ask for the numbering of a credit card. The keys, passwords and sensitive information captured by the scammer, added to the numbering of the card provided by the victim, make the consummation of the scam possible.
From the Higher Police Headquarters it is advised that in no case Microsoft will contact someone without the user having previously requested their service. Source: https://spainsnews.com/the-national-police-warns-of-a-rebound-in-scams-impersonating-microsoft/

WhatsApp says you shouldn’t worry about it sharing personal data with Facebook; Experts say you should switch to ‘highly trusted’ Signal: Alan Woodword, a computer scientist at the University of Surrey, told Insider that the mere fact WhatsApp is sharing any sort of personal data with Facebook is concerning as “Facebook openly says that their business model is to use data related to users for profit.”
Woodword, who prefers to use Signal rather than WhatsApp, said he was surprised when he saw the news because Facebook said it wouldn’t collect data from WhatsApp when it took over the messaging app in 2014.
