Together, we have reached this landmark. 
Things finally fell into place and we (almost) know exactly what we’re doing.
Actually, I took over the original Digame (Digame-Torrox) on Dec 1st 2012.
So – 3 years and counting.

Rehoming a Dog – Advice
What a shame that they didn’t ask the first vet to check if the dog was microchipped rather than wait until they were about to return to the UK. It’s a bit late now but for anyone else thinking of adopting an animal it has been law here since 2003 to have it microchipped and registered in your name. The website is here: http://www.raia.es/
Have you lost a cat?
I have been feeding a Beautiful young Siamese cat, cream and brown for the last month, I have no problem doing this, but I have dogs, so I cannot get close to it to be friends, It arrives at 6 45am in the morning and 5 45pm for its meal in the evening. INR Tests – Advice
A few days ago someone was asking where to go to have a blood test for Warfarin levels, I have to have mine tested whilst I have extended stays in Competa, I go to the local Consultorio with my Passport and EHIC card plus photo copies for them to keep they give me an appointment to have the same test they do in the UK and then they adjust the levels as needed no charge.

What’s on – Wednesday Market El Pino Torrox Park
What’s on At The Axarquia Racing club.
Here we are on our final weekend before we close.
Saturday 26th December. Three local top musicians come together to host the final jam. Hector,Angel and Marcos are ”HAM”. Hosting a jam and open mike (musicians please bring your own instruments). Playing rock,R &B and blues. It’s our last jam so come and join in or just enjoy the live music.
Sunday 27th December. It’s our very last event. So let’s party with ”The Flying Dolphins”. Geof and Bondy will get you dancing so bring your dancing shoes. Booking highly recommended.
Bar opens at 14.00. Food(Pizza/BBQ) from 14.30. Live entertainment from 15.00 to 18.00.
The Racing Club is on the main Torrox Costa to Torrox Village road(MA-102).
Just look for the orange and black gates. Parking on the opposite side of the road.
Non members most welcome. We are now undercover for the winter months.

Friday 25th December – Christmas Day, Public Holiday Centre closed.
Monday 28th thru Wednesday 30th December – The Centre will be open morning only.
Thursday 31st December – “Fin de Ano”, New Year Celebration. Dear friends please come and join us and make more friends at the Centre, there will be coffee, fruit juice, cakes and the boutique. At 12.00 noon we´re having a party to welcome in the 2016 New Year to the sound of Spanish “Big Ben”, with champagne and traditional Spanish Grapes of Good Fortune. Ticket price 2.50 Euros available at the Centre. Time 11.00h to 13.00h.
Friday 1st January – Centre closed for New Years Day.
Monday 4th January – Centre open 10.00h to 13.00h only.
Tuesday & Wednesday 5th & 6th January – Centre closed for Public Holidays.

We will be back on 10th January
Well done to all those who came Sunday! It was lovely to sit on the terrace after for coffee and Rocky Road protein bars – Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Circuit training is a great way to get fit in a fun environment. We have 8-10 fitness stations which you stay on for 1 minute at a time before moving on to the next with motivational music to help you exercise. A station may be a core, upper or lower body exercise that you take at your own pace.
Suitable for all fitness levels and adult ages. It will be an held on an outside terrace so dress appropriately and bring hydration/water and a towel. Full instruction will be given by a qualified personal trainer. The session will last an hour and guaranteed to make you sweat! Why not start your new years resolution and get fit in 2016?
Lots of parking outside.
Booking recommended as places are limited.
The classes will take place at Chili Leisure, Avenida Juan Pablo II, Competa – on the road towards the Campo de Futbol. pics
What’s on Competa Christmas Service in English
There will be a celebration of the first Communion of Christmas, in English, at 5.30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24th December, at the Parish Church of Nª Sª de la Asuncion, Plaza Almijara, Competa.
As ever, this is by kind permission of Father Miguel.
We hope to have an organist and to sing Christmas carols at this service.
