Found Dogs – Good Practice

The very first thing AAR animal rescue do when they find a dog is get a vet to check for a microchip. All animal rescue sites should do this. I am surprised when the dog in question was examined by a vet that this wasn’t done.   Jean

necessary’s paper work. Fitted everything into his removal van, and off he went, Direct to the UK Manchester he took 20 sq metres, delivery was properly handled on the other side. What’s on @ Bar La Dama: Christmas Schedule!   

Almost at the end of December and at Bar La Dama, in Algarrobo-Costa, you can come in for a good cup of coffee or a glass of (mulled) wine. During these days we will be serving a special Christmas Menu on Thursday-evening and Friday-afternoon. On Saturday-evening it’s time for something less ‘formal’… our monthly FUN-Bingo. Presented by Adriana Cournycovap, this time it’s going to be a special Christmas Edition. So, whether you like to come for the food or for the fun, we make this year’s Christmas special.

Thursday 24th of December open from 13:00h with a Christmas Dinner (at 20:00h)…. for those who have reserved their table…

myself Karen and Neil would like to say a massive Thank you to everyone for the support and well wishes we have had since The Hotel Inspector aired in May and the opening of our new restaurant in the Main Plaza in June, it has been a mad year but amazing!!

We have some great ideas for next year and will be doing live music nights in the winter,,so watch this space!!

Just to remind you we will be open today Christmas Eve 24th December from 12 until 10pm, booking for lunch or dinner is advised as it is getting very busy.

Christmas day 25th due to a late cancellation we have a table of up to 5 persons available, we will be serving a traditional Christmas lunch.

Christmas Day we are open from 1pm until 5pm and agian for Christmas Day Night we are open from 8:30pm and we all wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Boxing Day sees all the Premiership action starting at 1:45pm and from 1pm to 7pm we will offer Buy any two same drinks and get the third same drink FREE  (All drinks must be paid on the day).

Saturday Night Karaoke starts at 9:30 pm with Johnny Hollywood and songs are available in English and Spanish, followed by a late bar.

The standard five euro Beef, Turkey and Gammon Roasts are available with all the usual trimmings. All available from 2pm Sunday and by popular demand we will serve Until 8pm, but This Must Be Booked on 617 506 550.

Menu Anti-Crisis starts at 1 euro for mini boccadillos, 2.50 for a Cornish Pastie and large Cod, Chips, peas and Tartar Sauce is 5 euro’s. Irish Cheese Burger with chips etc at 4 euros and more. Chicken Zinger Burger and chips is 5 euros.

Opening hours: we are open daily from 11.00 am (12am on Saturday and Sunday) until late. We are situated behind the New Town Hall / Library in Torrox Costa (across the road from Aldi) on Ave Garcia Penalver. Bloque 78.
