Justice or Not ?
In April 2015 I was pulled up by the police for a motoring offence, “fair cop governor” as I was guilty of the offence. I was fined on the spot, 200 euros reduced by 50% if paid within 20 days. This I paid within the deadline. My life went on. In September 2015 I received a fine for the same offence this time for 500 euros less the 100 I had paid. I appealed to the traffic authorities and received a reply in January 2016 to the effect that the policeman who gave me the fine way back in April 2015 had made a mistake and the fine should have been 500 euros, not the 200 euros I was originally fined. Is this Justice? Should I have to pay for a policeman’s incompetence? AC.

Advice please Broken Apple IPad Screen
Please can kind people in DigameLand tell me , and others who might need to know, what can be done with an iPad or phone when the glass is shattered in one corner but the machine still works .
( I have stuck sellotape over it to keep everything in place )
Can they be repaired ? Do you have to go back to Apple in Marbella ?
Make an appointment ? Is there a local company that can change the glass ?
Thank you for any help or advice that you can give me and others who drop their machines on these tiled floors …

A word of warning… Archez Parking
Today I was fined for parking by the recycling bins in Archez by a
motorcycle policeman while I did the recycling.
I was on the wrong side of the road facing the wrong way as there
were several cars parked there also, maybe that was it.
The policeman was very polite.
Anyway just be careful when parking there.

From Torre Del Mar. From the motorway Junction 272, take the A356 towards the mountains. At Junction KM38 at the end of the bridge,, turn right to Las Gómez, La Viñuela, A7205. Opposite this are two white single storey buildings and we rehearse in La Casa Cultura at 5.30 to 8.00. 10 mins. Drive max. or approaching from Puente Don Manuel, take A7205 which bypasses Viñuela village and right at the end of the village at the new roundabout, you’ll see two white single storey buildings on the right and nearby is an earth parking area next to a chain link fence.
