Permanent home needed for Truka
Dog abandoned in the campo 6 months ago. I took her in on a temporary basis for someone who intended having her but unfortunately I was let down. Truka is 2/3 years old, I have had her spayed and vaccinated. She is very good natured, well mannered, gentle and intelligent. She gets on very well with my four dogs and five cats. Unfortunately I am unable to keep her due to personal circumstances.

Puppy Litter – Update
Wonderful people are coming forward to start helping these puppies that I posted on Digame earlier. They are now about 3-4 weeks and we will need new homes. The Spanish owner has agreed to keep them for the moment – I was so afraid they would ‘disappear’ …….

My wife was once asked for this and her pension frozen in the meantime,
In order to resolve this, we contacted the British Embassy in Malaga .
They required us to go in with passport and they then sent off an email to the Pension People in the UK that she was still alive – with proof.

Response – Life Certificate
I have a life certificate sent to me yearly from the council I worked for. They say as they know I live abroad it is necessary. If I changed my address to a UK one apparently it would be random.
Anyway I take it to my local Spanish bank and the manager signs it free of charge. I then return it to the pensions dept it came from.

We have just had a number of pieces of old dark wood and pine furniture restored and lightened by Brea in Calle Carabeo, Nerja, ( opposite No 34 ).
Vicky who owns the shop speaks very good English, and her husband, Manolo, is an absolute magician with wood.
They give you a fixed price, will collect large pieces, and return them to you fully restored in whatever finish you want.
