Recommendation – Needed Lawyer
Does anyone know a good lawyer who would deal with consumer issues.
We are in Torrox Campo but happy to travel within reason.
We have a major problem with a very expensive item and are not getting any satisfaction at all, we feel now we need legal advice

What’s on Local animal charities march for change
The chant ‘No perreras más protectoras’ (no dog pounds, more refuges) rang out in Rincon De La Victoria on the sunny morning of Saturday 20 February, when more than 60 supporters from local animal rescue groups came together to campaign for change in the often cruel way animals are treated here in Spain. In particular they would like to see the kill policy in perreras being abolished and the perreras being replaced with protectoras which care for the welfare of the animals.
The supporters, many with their own dogs and carrying placards with pro animal messages, gathered at the Plaza de Ayuntamiento in Rincon De La Victoria and after a minute of silence in respect of lives lost moved off along the Paseo Maritimo accompanied by the Guardia Civil.
The march received a lot of attention from people along the route with onlookers taking photographs and applauding the supporters and their cause. One Guardia officer is quoted as saying that he would be willing to carry a banner as he believed in what the protesters were saying but unfortunately he was not allowed to.
The supporters taking part were from Animal Defense Action, Tail in Torrox, APARiV in Rincon de la Victoria and Axarquia Animal Rescue.
Everyone can help to make more and more people aware of the situation in the dog pounds and the cruelty inflicted on animals as another march has been arranged in Torre del Mar, for Saturday 5 March meeting at El Faro (the lighthouse) at 11.30am for 12. Please come along and show your support.
What’s on Coach Excursion Madrid, Aranjuez and Toledo
Tuesday 15th through Saturday 19th March – Coach Excursion to Madrid, Aranjuez and Toledo. Please come and join friends on a 5 day coach excursion starting in the Torre del Mar area. The first day you will travel to Madrid, the capital of Spain, stopping on the way to purchase breakfast and lunch. The coach will arrive late afternoon at the 4* Senator Spa hotel in Madrid in time for dinner.
Wednesday, after breakfast at the hotel, you will have a free day to discover Madrid and a Tourist bus ticket is in included. A day to see the Royal Palace, visit the Prado Museum, Temple of Debod, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Retiro Park and much more. Dinner will be provided at the hotel.
Thursday, after breakfast, you will join the coach to visit El Valle de los Caidos (Valley of the Fallen), built on the instructions of Francisco Franco, to honour and bury those who fell during the Spanish Civil war. The construction started in 1940 and was completed in 1959 and there will be a guided tour. After the visit you will join the coach to go to the town of Aranjuez, which has been one of the Royal Estates of the Crown of Spain since the time of Philip II in 1560. There will be free time to stroll through the beautiful gardens and purchase lunch after which there will be a guided tour of the beautiful Royal Palace. You will then join the coach for the drive to the city of Toledo for dinner at the 4* Hotel Eurostars Toledo where you will stay for 2 nights.
Friday, after breakfast, there is a free day to discover Toledo, known as the “Imperial City”, where there is a beautiful Cathedral, El Greco museum and much more. There is also a small tourist train which takes you around the city with beautiful views. You return to the hotel for dinner.
Saturday, after breakfast, you will join the coach for the return journey stopping on the way to purchase lunch. Ticket price 419 Euros per person in a double room, single room 476 Euros. This includes the coach, hotels on a half board basis, tours, guides, entrance fees, tourist bus ticket and insurance. Deposit 100 Euros and final payment due end of February. Proceeds to fundraising. Departure times Viñuela (Football Pitch) 6.45am, Algarrobo (Lidl) 7.15am, Caleta 7.25am, Torre del Mar (Coach Station) 7.30am.
