Many Items to be sold in aid of Charity

I have many household items ranging from a home cinema, DVD players, video players, computer flat screen and 1 laser printer and several other  printers.  Bags of DVDs and CDs, kitchen items like coffee makers,  glasses, large circular CD holder,  framed prints and lots of LPs – the list is endless.

I would like them to go to a charity if at all possible but if they are taken by a private seller I would like a donation to my own charity CAT. The only stipulation is that everything must go together. I am not going to sell or give away anything separately.

I am having to do this because I tried one of people who advertise that they will buy all unwanted goods at good prices. I wanted  to make some money for my charity and was offered the  princely sum of 20 euros for the lot. I was absolutely appalled. There are more than 40 DVDs which I was selling on my charity stall recently for 1 euro each.

Services Available –Broadband- Response

In response to the enquirer on Sunday, it all depends where you are first and foremost. Can’t look at prices until you know you can get a signal. Unless you have a phone connection you will have to rely on an aerial system. Maybe ask neighbours as wireless broadband can by its very nature be patchy. But these days if you get a good signal and supplier you should find the system works ok. Many now offer up to 10mbps and some will give more at extra cost.   David A,

I’d been noticing recently that my car’s aircon was doing very little in the Andalucia heat, I don’t think I ever had cause to switch it on in the UK.

I took my car to Chris for an aircon re-gas. He quickly identified the problem and within an hour I drove my car away with chilled cold air now blasting out of the vents (for the first time that I can remember!)
