Capital Gains Tax ?

I used to think that if I’d lived in Spain as a resident for 3 years and was over 65 then I would not have to pay CGTax when selling my main residence. But I’m told that this is no longer the case. Can anyone clarify this for me please.

Lost – Push Chair
A beige/dark grey McLaren push chair was accidentally left in the
street in Canillas de Albaida on Thursday 21 July, roughly outside the
municipal swimming pool on the road leading down to Archez.
If anyone has found it, or knows of its whereabouts, could you please

Can anyone recommend someone that re-covers furniture?

Preferably we would like an idea of labour cost via email if I send them photos and dimensions before

I start looking at fabrics.

We have a sofa with seat, back and arm cushions that need new removable covers, and the body of the sofa would need re-covering.

What’s on- Borja Cabello Pro-Am Golf Day 10 August 2016 Guadalhorce GC Malaga

You are invited to join golf professional Borja Cabello for a Pro-Am golf day at Guadalhorce Golf Club on 10 August. The event is open to golf professionals, and amateurs with a valid handicap and is hosted at the delightful Guadalhorce Golf Club.

The event has been organised to raise funds to support Borja’s Mena Tour Event Schedule for 2016. See the poster.

Borja is a young golf professional from the Malaga area who has completed the first half of the Mena Tour, and is looking to commence the second half of the tour in September. You can find more about him by following his blog herewww.borjacabellogiacolone.wordpress.com

The individual entry fee is 65 euros and there will be teams of 3 amateurs with each professional. The prize fund is a minimum of 3000 euros.
