Recommendation- Taekwondo Teacher
If you are thinking of taking up Taekwondo as a new student, already know some martial arts and would like to continue your learning, I would highly recommend the classes that are given by Alan Williams. Lessons are given twice a week, Monday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11.30 am, at the Torrox sports complex.
The lessons always start with a good aerobic warm up, incorporating stretching and simple gymnastics, then progresses through to learning new, and practicing previous kicks, blocks and strikes. Also taught, are some excellent techniques for good self defence.
Students are both men and women of all ages, some with little or no martial arts experience. Alan is himself a 2nd degree black belt and makes the course challenging but doable for everyone.
I found my renewal in the sport to be invigorating, healthful and helpful in keeping in shape, and I feel stronger and more confident after each lesson.
I am so pleased that I have enrolled in the classes that Alan has offered and am more than happy to suggest them to you if you have been thinking along the same lines.

if it were a Contributor’s address I’d insert spaces thus –

So all you do is remove those spaces before contacting a contributor.
