What’s on –Join us for our Moroccan Cookery Workshop on Wednesday 14th December at Casa Montes Negros.
Using traditional equipment and methods as well as local organic ingredients, we will prepare a variety of Moroccan dishes. Through the dishes offered on the menu, we will be exploring the main ingredients and spices used in Moroccan cookery.
Vilostrada runs a fair trade Moroccan artisan craft shop and will add tastes from the north of Morocco and the desert.
The workshop starts at 10.30 and finishes at around 3 p.m. and includes all the ingredients, lunch at the beautiful mountain finca in the foothills of La Maroma mountain, and your folder of recipes to take home. Cost 35 euros.

From there we take our own cars up to the farm, a further 10 minutes drive away, or if you prefer not to drive, we can offer you a lift from and back to the meeting point for an extra 3 euros per person.

What’s on-Torrox Christmas Market
Dear Digame,
for the information of your followers here are details of the Torrox Christmas market.-
The market this year is being held in the two banqueting suites of the Horto Malaga restaurant in Torrox Costa on the main N340 road in front of Laguna beach.
The market is being held on the 7th through to the 11th December and officially opens on the 7th December at 5pm and goes on til 21.30 hours
The rest of the days 8th,9th,10th and 11th dec the market is on from 11 am til 21.30
We have 42 stalls with a wide variety of articles that would make lovely Christmas presents, including homemade Christmas decs, outside Christmas decs, decorative soaps, goods from India, handbags, purses, belts homemade chocolates, Hams and cooked meats, decorative plates, crochet, jewellery, honey, craft beer but to name a few.
Outside there is a children’s play area and 3 exterior bars and of course buñuelos and roast chestnuts.
Santa will be on his throne from 11 am til 3 pm to receive children’s letters and to have his photo taken with the children (free of charge)then from 4.30 til 9.30pm one of the 3 kings will be present for the same purpose.
The Horto Malaga restaurant I am sure is doing a menu of the day as well.

New Rules for Blog
