I am looking for a person to look after my pool from mid May
until the end off September.
This will include weekly visits to test and treat (if necessary) the water,
net any debris from the pool , clean out skimmers and vacuum if required. Backwash and rinse the filter.

Service Needed – Overpaid Pension Reclaim
We moved to Spain June 2015 {Velez Malaga area} and have recently discovered Digame/DigamExtra. All was fine until last June when we received a letter from a Personal Pension provider telling me I had been overpaid this pension and was never entitled to it. They are now asking for reclamation of the amount paid which we would severely struggle to pay. My wife and I are both 67 and live on UK pensions as income. As you can imagine I am looking for assistance from a person with experience in this field living in the expat community who can help with my rights regarding this and who would be rewarded for their kind efforts. Obviously confidentiality is of paramount importance to us and initial contact would be by telephone only { 666952916 }.
There are more details to this obviously Jane but flesh will be put on the bones if I can meet the right person. Should you require a headline then anything similar to ” Overpaid Pension Reclaim ” would be fine. Thank you in advance for any help you can muster!

I will be relocating to Almunecar hopefully for September with my 8 year old. Would anyone be able to advise.
If I come in June to apply for and NIE/padron and look for an apartment/town house to rent for September. Whether I can apply for a padron (need to apply for a school) in June with a tenancy agreement starting in September, though I have friends in surrounding towns unfortunately I don’t know anyone in Almunecar , also is renting relatively straightforward in san Cristobel/old town area.

still possible to pick up TV on a 1.4m dish here?
I did notice some information on “a ban on foreign TV services”
so any info on what that’s about would be appreciated.

with the emphasis on professional, as I don’t want to be billed by

When it comes to using your debit card on PayPal, whether you are entitled to chargeback protection depends on how you make the purchase.
If you load money using the card into your PayPal account, you won’t be covered by Chargeback as it is not considered a card transaction.
But if there’s no money loaded in your PayPal account and you use your card directly to make a payment through PayPal, your purchase should apply for Chargeback cover.
To avoid any grey area, you should empty your PayPal account before making a purchase to make it clear how the payment was made.

We recently used the services of Oscar Pinazo Linan, the plumber from Torrox to remove an old shower tray and install a new tray and also a dishwasher.
We would highly recommend Oscar, he speaks very good English, is very punctual and communicates through What’s app.
His workmanship is excellent and his pricing is fair.

Recommendation – Airport Parking
Just a note to say I used the new dropping off facilities at the airport on Thursday and it was so easy. You drive into car park a girl on the barrier gets a ticket for you.
Go and park up drop your passengers off, go to Salida put ticket in and drive out, no problem.
In fact there were so many parking spots it was hard to decide where to park, Mind you it was 08.20 in the morning.

What’s On – The Nerja Players
The last event of the season on Tuesday 21st March will be
“With Great Pleasure,” an evening of poems, stories and sketches, humorous or otherwise, presented by members.
If you are not a member, you are welcome to participate as a guest.
The performance will start at 19:00 hours and will be held in the Nerja Bridge Club – entrance is through the blue doors next to the Café Royal at the top of Avda Castilla Perez, Nerja.

The subject line of the email should be what you’d like to see as your heading – otherwise, I choose a subject line
The text of the email should be what you’d like to see published – but note:
Prices must be included with items for sale.
If your first attempt to sell fails, note that a second attempt will not be allowed unless the original price is reduced considerably, nor for at least 4 weeks later.
Anyone selling anything must include the make and model number of the item.
Photos will only be published once.
Photos must be in JPEG Format
