We are with Iberiatel for our phone calls and have received a message saying that the Spanish regulatory CNMC will ban all cheap rate calls from July 24.
I cannot find anything about this.
Is it a scam?

What’s On – Cookery Workshop
Join us for our cookery workshop on creative and tasty summer dishes using local, seasonal and organic ingredients on Saturday 10th June at Casa Montes Negros, near Trapiche.
A great day out for both experienced cooks looking for some new ideas or new cooks wanting to learn the basics.
The price of 30 euros includes the workshop, a folder with all the recipes and lunch at a beautiful mountain finca, in the foothills of La Maroma mountain.
The meeting place is El Cruce restaurant carpark at 10.30. From there you will be guided up to the farm. If you prefer not to drive, we offer the option of being taken up the farm and back to the meeting point for 3 euros extra per person.
Be prepared to get involved in the cooking! All you need to bring is an apron and a good appetite. We serve refreshments at 11. 30 and lunch at 2.00, when you get to taste all your hard work!

Qigong as well as Asahi practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Qigong is now practiced worldwide for recreation, exercise and relaxation, preventive medicine and meditation, self-cultivation and training for martial arts.

What’s On – Lux Mnudi, Torre del Mar
Tuesday 6th June – Photography Group. From “Good Shot” to “Great Shot”, why not come and learn the art of photography with Rob Bell Photography. A fun and informal class to help you to get more from your camera/photos. Open to all, from beginners to the more experienced photographer, regardless of the type of camera you use. This season we will be looking at various styles of photography and computer software. There will be something for everyone!! Don´t forget to bring your camera. Time 16.00.
Thursday 8th June – Coach Excursion to Alcalá la Real. Please come and join friends of Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar on a one day coach excursion to the city of Alcalá la Real in the province of Jaen, situated on the slopes of La Mota, a hill in the Sierra Magina. The city is commanded by a large Moor fortress around which, centuries ago, the settlement evolved. There will be a stop for breakfast along the way and you will arrive in Alcalá at approx 10.30. You will visit the La Mota Fortress, of Islamic origin and the Alazaba where audio guides are available. Also included is a visit to the Palacio Abacial which now houses the Museum of Alcalá. You will have free time for lunch which is not included in the price.
After lunch at 15.50 you will re-join the coach to visit “Los Quesos Sierra Sur”in Ermita Nueva. This is a family run business producing cheese and yoghurts in a traditional way and their products have received numerous awards. You will see how the cheeses are made and there will be time to sample the products and purchase them if you wish. You will then re-join the coach for the homeward journey arriving in Torre del Marr at approx. 19.00. Ticket price 24 Euros available at the Centre. All proceeds to fundraising. Times of departure Viñuela (Football Pitch) 07.30, Torre del Mar (Bus station) 07.50, Caleta (Opposite the Vets) 08.00, Algarrobo (Lidl) 08.05.

As of today, I will accept Ads for health professionals, therapies, medical treatments etc.etc. ONLY if the person concerned can provide a Licence Number to operate here in Spain in the text of the ad.
For Example:
“Services Offered, Physiotherapist, Tom Jones, lic. #12345, reg. with Madrid Board of Certified Physiotherapists”
This is perfect!
If a full name and license number is provided then readers can verify with the licence issuer the current qualifications of the submitter and see if they have received any disciplinary actions.
