Gym in Competa area
I run a private gym in Competa with an outdoor crossfit area with squat rack, pull up bars, trx rack, viprs, ropes, kettlebells, free weights and more.
There is also a spin studio and terrace for other classes.
We also have and endless pool and therapy room.
Current classes are spin (static cycling). Metafit HIIT and Aquacise.
Kettlebel, trx suspension training and circuit training classes also available.

What’s on – 2017 Nerja Individuals Charity Fun Quiz
We see quiz competitions advertised on Digame throughout the year but largely in the winrer months when the weather is more conducive to holding the quizzes inside.
Almost 100% of the quizzes have a team of two,three.four or more people,whereby some.who may not feel as confident as others will go along for the social gathering and help the more knowledgeable members of the team and chip in with important answers
Nobody has organized an individuals quiz before, until now! The Potters Bar in Nerja (opposite the Villa Flamenco hotel) has a weekly quiz night every Tuesday for teams throughout the whole year. Even in the Tuesday night regular teams there are many individual who may feel confident to have a go at this new

It will be a fun quiz whereby each individual will write down their answer and then have their answers marked. It will not be the intention to shame any contestant as only they will know whether they have had a bad night and as quizzers, we know that can happen. So complete anonymity of scores will be upheld.
Dependent on the numbers wanting to try this new format, it is intended to hold heats and then a Grand Final beginning on Wednesday October 11th and subsequent Wednesdaysat 7.45pm at the Potters Bar and should be finished by 10pm The top scorers from each heat will go forward to a Grand Final on Wednesday December 6th at 7.45pm
The cost will be 5 euros per person and all proceeds will go to the CAS animal charity together with a good prize for the overall winner.
You can register your interest or enter somebody you know who may be back in the UK at present but will be back in the area in October through to December. Contact either Cathy at the Potters Bar or ianbloor@ sky dot com.
The closing entry date is September 29th and if there is a particular October Wednesday night that you cannot attend pleas let us know when you enter. Entries to include a contactable phone number or email address.
So don’t be shy – give it a try as it is for charity.
Remember, you do not need to be a budding Mastermind or Brain Of Britain expert, because quizzes are always easy if you know the answer.

Negative Reviews
The rules for Blogs have changed and it now means that I could face a fine if I publish any negative reviews of any person or company – even though it may be true or half true.
