AEMET activates the yellow alert for heat in the region of Antequera this Monday: {Translation}

– The Town Council has emphasised that these works are being carried out in a planned manner in different areas of the municipality, following technical criteria and prioritising zones with the greatest presence of potential breeding sites. Arrested for intimidating and threatening a Torrox neighbour for ten years, 8 other victims identified: {Translation}
– The Civil Guard, as part of Operation “Harassmentor,” has arrested an individual for making abusive calls and sending death threats over a period of more than ten years to a resident of the Axarquía region. The investigation began after receiving a complaint from a person living in the town of Torrox, who stated that they had been receiving threats and insults on their telephone since 2015, without knowing the identity of the caller. Furthermore, despite having changed their phone number several times, they continued to receive calls and messages on the new numbers.

The straightforward SEO ‘hack’ aimed to rank well for various IPTV-related searches, including the top position for “best IPTV providers of 2025”. To make matters worse, it confused AI, leading it to suggest that the EU was offering IPTV advice
– Last month, the EU published the fourth edition of its ‘Counterfeit and Piracy Watch List’, providing a detailed overview of piracy-linked sites and services located outside the EU. The report covered many unlicensed IPTV services, including VolkaIPTV, GenIPTV, and King365TV, noting that these are merely the tip of the iceberg. The EU is not wrong; it has been aware of the pirate IPTV problem for a while and actively supports research and enforcement actions to counter the threat.
– Yet, despite these efforts to identify and curb illegal services, a significant vulnerability emerged closer to home. Today, Tuesday 1/7, the blue zone parking enters into force on the coast of the municipality of Torrox: {Translation}
– From 1 July until 31 August, the blue zone will be in operation along the coast of the municipality of Torrox. This involves a parking restriction limiting stays to a maximum of two hours, free of charge, in effect from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 22:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00, except on public holidays. – The Telegraph states that Sánchez’s “enemies” call him “dog” instead of Pedro because “it is impossible to get rid of him,” but asserts that the scandals revealed in recent weeks threaten to unseat him from La Moncloa, placing the Spanish leader in the weakest position since he took office. The first heat wave- How will it affect each municipality of Malaga?: {Translation}
– The first (official) heatwave of the summer will arrive this Saturday. After enduring a scorching June, the warning from Aemet is causing considerable concern among citizens, as the start of July points to a situation even more stifling than what has been experienced so far.
– Aemet describes how a large anticyclone at mid and high levels, coming from the interior of the African continent, will intensify and extend to cover most of the Spanish territory starting Friday, the 27th. “A southerly flow will bring a very warm and relatively dry air mass over the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, which, combined with high sunshine, will lead to a progressive rise in temperatures over the coming days,” Aemet’s forecast explains. The onset of this large-scale situation is expected on Saturday, the 28th, and will last at least until Tuesday, 1st July.
– But how will this situation actually affect the province of Málaga? In general terms, a first distinction can be made between the coast and the inland areas. – In fact, several municipalities on the coast can be considered “climatic refuges” in this context of widespread haze. The aim is for this tool is to type the conversation between the GP and the patient, letting the doctor focus entirely on listening and obtaining information about the latter’s condition. This will facilitate a closer relationship and reaching an accurate diagnosis.
– For now, this is only a pilot programme, but the plan agreed by Spain’s Ministry of Health and the regional ministries is for the system to be operational in all primary care consultations in the country before the end of 2027. On Tuesday, the health minister said that, in the next two months, the AI tool will operate on an experimental basis in seven regions that have volunteered to test it. The idea is to check for any snags and possible room for improvements.
– Mónica García stated that the process, funded by state and European investments, will be controlled by the healthcare professional, who will subsequently review, correct and validate the automated summary. This format is already fully operational in the UK and is currently being implemented in Sweden and Switzerland, among other healthcare systems.
– The health minister said that AI will probably have more functions in health centres in the future, but that for now it will only start with the transcription and automated summary of the consultation. Always with the patient’s permission, the tool will record the conversation, summarise it and present it in a format for inclusion in the record. RIP Mick Ralphs, founding member of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, dies at 81:
– Mick Ralphs, a guitarist, singer, songwriter and founding member of the classic British rock bands Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, has died.
– Born in Stoke Lacy, Herefordshire, England, Ralphs began playing blues guitar as a teenager, and in his early 20s in 1966, he co-founded the Doc Thomas Group. In 1969, the band would become Mott the Hoople, a name taken from the title and title character of a 1966 novel by Willard Manus.
– A statement posted to Bad Company’s official website Monday announced Ralphs’ death at age 81. Ralphs had a stroke days after what would be his final performance with the band at London’s O2 Arena in 2016, and had been bedridden ever since, the statement said. – Ralphs is set to become a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Bad Company in November.

Satellite images indicate severe damage to Fordow, but doubts remain:
– Commercial satellite imagery indicates the U.S. attack on Iran’s Fordow nuclear plant severely damaged – and possibly destroyed – the deeply-buried site and the uranium-enriching centrifuges it housed, but there was no confirmation, experts said on Sunday. The hall containing hundreds of centrifuges is “too deeply buried for us to evaluate the level of damage based on satellite imagery,” said satellite imagery expert Decker Eveleth.
