Non Resident’s Form ?
Hello recently on Digamextra somebody posted a story about their Norwegian friend receiving a fine for driving without a Spanish licence in a non Spanish registered car. Despite actually protesting non resident status.
The writer mentioned a form he was going to apply for to prove non resident status to traffic police. Does anyone have any information about this form and where you can obtain it from.
I would assume lots of Non residents could find themselves in this position, so any replies would be helpful.

I am driving from the UK to La Viñuela on Monday/Tuesday 23/24 May with a LWB Hi-roof Transit, virtually empty.
I collect the van in north London and catch the Dover – Calais ferry. I will be in the UK for a couple of days before departure.
If there are large (or small) items that you may want transported here please contact me for a favourable price, I do not have the time to collect items from houses all over the UK, but am willing to go to large stores such as M&S, Homebase, Wickes, B&Q etc etc.

New Rules for Blog
