-The first batch of 15,000 tickets for the Torre del Mar Weekend Beach Festival 2020 sold out within hours of going on sale.
-The opening of the new Designer Outlet at Plaza Major, Malaga, has been postponed due to licence issues. So far over 60 new shops are stocked and ready to open; eventually it should be the home to 100+.

Organic and artisanal market Velez Malaga: The opening of the new ecological and artisanal market takes place this Friday 25th October in the Mercado de San Francisco building in Velez Malaga, organized by the association Eco Axarquia in collaboration with the Velez Malaga ayuntamiento.
Starting at 10 a.m with a variety of stalls selling local organic products and artisan crafts, with fruits and vegetables, grains, seeds and flowers, honey, bread, olive oil, jams and marmalades as well as essential oils, soap and natural cosmetics in the organic section and a variety of handmade quality crafts such as mosaics, woodwork, restored furniture, jewellery, artwork, and hand dyed woolen artifacts.
The market will run once a month on the last Friday of every month. New organic and artisan producers are welcome to apply for future markets to the Eco Axarquia association email, or through the Facebook page.
Mercado de San Francisco is the old market building in the centre of Velez Malaga which has been renovated and reformed into a food hall with small restaurants, a cafe and wine bar. It’s a lovely building and the perfect location for to take a stroll through the organic market and treat yourself to a glass of wine or breakfast afterwards.

He was then taken on a hellish ride to the outskirts of the city. After the ordeal he was left on the side of the road, where he managed to attract the attention of a passing police vehicle at about 5am, after “walking for about 9km”. Local Ultratrail Racing Legend “Super Paco” Dies: “Super Paco” became well known in the Malaga province and across many areas of Andalusia and Spain for his peculiar and particular style of running and running attire. His participation was noted by all because of his advanced age but also because of his peculiar running style and attire. Always donned with a straw hat, jeans and long-sleeved shirt. What to do with those Windows 7 computers that quit receiving security patches 14 JAN 2020?
-Upgrade it to Win 10. Most Win 7 computers can now upgrade to Win 7 safely. Some of these will eventually develop problems when future Windows updates that are incompatible with the old hardware break them. But the majority are safe to upgrade, and if they eventually do quit, well you’ve certainly had your moneys worth of use. It is possible to save all your old data files when you upgrade, but you will lose all old programs. You will need to buy a new copy of Win 10 to do the upgrade, the free-giveaway version ended Dec 2018. Currently 120UK from MS-GB website. Some early Win 7 computers, from 2011 and earlier, will not allow Win 10 to install correctly.
-Continue using Win 7 after it stops receiving security patches in mid-January. Don’t do any banking, shopping, or confidential tasks on a unit in this condition. Email and social media are probably ok. To do this you will want to buy and install a premium Anti-Virus that continues to support Win 7. I suggest Malwarebytes AntiVirus Premium (https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/), install the 14 day free trial, then if it works ok, pay them for a year. Despite this protection you will still be vulnerable to some new “fileless” malware and ransomware. For that I suggest a free weekly online scan with this ESET tool (https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/). Start this scan before you go to bed and leave it running as the scan will likely take over 3hrs. The scan results will be waiting when you get back to the computer in the morning. In addition always keep your data backed up, with a technically obsolete unit connected to the internet you can never rely on it for safe data storage.
-Convert it to Linux and continue using it until the hardware wears out. For a Win 7 like experience in Linux check out Zorin Linux (https://zorinos.com/).
-Disconnect it from the internet and dedicate it to your home theater, music and media system.
