Homes urgently needed..

These three kittens feral mother has been poisoned. They are not old enough to fend for them selves. One Siamese two black and white. About 6 weeks old. I have caught them. I will take them to the vets tomorrow to check they are ok. AAR would cover costs if fostered.
I can keep them till the second of July. Then I am going to England.

Hi Jane, I’m sending this via Digame because if this person has been hacked

I think it better to do it this way.I did have a similar problem a year ago and went to one of the top up booths and got it rectified .The answer was simple my Data Roaming was switched on !!!!  Once this was switched off my money on top up was O.K. . Hope this helps.

This happened on my husband’s vodaphone.es account a few years ago. We took the phone into our local agent, who checked through and found he’d opened a text which was then able to access any balance on his phone. They had that number blocked and there has been no repeat of the problem.

My name is Alexander and I am a Physiotherapist who trained in Germany  and qualified in 2008. I came to Spain in 2014. I have worked in various private clinics, hospitals and hotels throughout my career. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy from NUMSS, Madrid  in 2015.

Over the years I attended many courses like Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pain Therapy, Sports Physiotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Naturopathy, Bobath Concept. Developing my skills to enable myself to take a well rounded and hands on approach to all conditions. I can treat musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, orthopaedic surgery and spinal problems. I have a particular interest in pain management. Beside this I am trained in Neurological Physiotherapy, which is emphasized in the adequate treatment of patients with neurological disorders e.g. after a stroke, parkinson, multiple sclerosis and more.

My qualification as an Manual Osteopath has been very complementary along side my other physiotherapy skills in the management of pain through injury with all of my patients.

Recommendation- Irrigation System

We have just had a new irrigation system fitted by Scott Wilson and his Spanish assistant Jose, at our campo house near Sayalonga.

The water pressure here has never been good and the original system was poorly installed..

Scott and Jose arrived on time and after discussing the work again realised that they needed some extra fittings, which we had not made clear when they viewed the work. This was no problem, they went off and quickly returned with the extras. The work was finished by 4pm and when tested it worked like a dream, which it never ever did before.

Scott and Jose are part of a team of General Builders who have done work for us before, they are thorough, tidy, professional and clear up after finishing the work.

Recommendation– Waynes Drains

Last year Waynes Drains installed a new Septic Tank for us and what a great job they did.  As it is close to our parking area we put up a big lamp to protect the cap. Unfortunately the lamp was knock and the septic tank cap crushed by a wayward parker.

We emailed Waynes Drain and they came and put on a new cap.

When we asked what do we owe you…’Nothing’ was the reply ‘it’s all part of the service’.  What a wonderful Waynes Drains.

What’s on– Lux Mundi Excursion

Tuesday July 25th – Excursion to “Festival of Lorca & Granada. Oh Cuba”.  Please come and join friends on an excursion to Granada, in the Generalife gardens to see the world premiere of “Oh Cuba”. Flamenco ballet and in which poetry, music and dance will tackle the revolving relationship between Federico and the Antillean island.

The show counts on a great team of 23 Spanish and Cuban artists headed by Loles León in the interpretation, Antonio Carmona in the musical composition and Adrián Galia in the choreography. Diego Franco endorses the Flemish compositions. The dramatisation and direction are by Francisco Ortuño Millán and original music.  You will arrive in Granada city at approx, 19.30, where there will be time for you to have a meal.  The coach will pick you up at 21.30 to take you to the Generalife for the show which starts at 22.00. After the show you will be met by the coach and you will arrive back in Torre del Mar at approximately 2.00.   Ticket price 35 Euros available at the Centre, limited places only.  This includes entrance, bus and insurance. Fund raising event.  Departure times Viñuela (Football Pitch) 16.30, Torre del Mar (Bus Station) 17.00, Caleta (Opposite the Vets) 17.10, Algarrobo (Lidl) 17.15.

The pool is covered and cool. We provide all of the equipment, music and you can enjoy a tea, coffee or smoothie afterwards whilst relaxing on the terrace.

Wanted- Ceiling Fan Accessory

Has anyone got a spare ceiling fan mounting bracket (circular, 5.18” in size) that they have taken down off an old fan and have still got ?

We have had two ceiling fans given us from a house clearance and one has no ceiling mounting bracket plate to screw the fan to the ceiling.    We have tried everywhere but even on the markets the ceiling fans being sold have no ceiling bracket plate with them !
