I’ve been to the doctor; hopefully I’ll be feeling better after taking it easy this weekend, and the new meds kick in. Minigolf La Herradura:
– Frequently Asked Question No. 3: Can I bring my dog/dogs along? Minigolf La Herradura has been and will always be a dog-friendly haven for our beloved canine companions. Of course, it is the owner’s responsibility to pick up the doo-doo and bring a water bottle along with a slight vinegar mixture to spray after a wee. Also, dogs must be on a leash and any dog over 20 kg or of a breed designated as potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle.
– FAQ No. 2: Is there parking nearby? Yes indeed. The best bet is to park along the beach’s berm which for the most part is free. One important hint: dashed blue lines require a visit to the closest parking meter. There you will find the time table informing you when it is necessary to buy a ticket, (very cheap).
– FAQ No. 1, (or at least it seems that way): Do you have bathrooms here? As my parrot likes to say, “Don’t you worry about that.” I am a big believer in indoor plumbing and have spared no expense for a capacious bathroom festooned with lovely indoor plants and air fresheners.
– Location: We are very easy to find, albeit obscured from the beachfront Paseo Andrés Segovia. Just two small alleys back, we are directly behind the children’s playground, the Centro de Salud, post office and newly remodeled market/food court. – *Temporary Opening Hours: For the coming two weeks or so, I will be open officially from 6:00pm until 10:00pm six days a week (closed Wednesday). This is due to long-standing knee issues that I am trying to get taken care of before the high season of July and August. Please do not hesitate to call for a reservation from 11:30am on as I will probably be free, but I can’t guarantee it without at least an hour or two advance notice. Things will return to normal by latest the first of July.

-The US has been urged to disclose evidence of UFOs after a whistleblower former intelligence official said the government has possession of “intact and partially intact” alien vehicles.
