Paying IBI
Does anyone know how to pay IBI using a non-Spanish bank while not being in the country? The IBI form does not contain the IBAN account so I cannot transfer the amount electronically. hweustenenk @ gmail dot comn ( no spaces)

Negative Reviews
The rules for Blogs have changed and it now means that I could face a fine if I publish any negative reviews of any person or company – even though it may be true or half true.
