Easy Way to Shrink Pics: Photo submissions have a 1Mb size limit, no exceptions. Larger pics will not display in some reader’s emails and may cover other submissions, I certainly can’t allow that! Since we don’t want to exclude any readers from seeing content, submitters must follow this rule. You can easily shrink pics for free at this site. Just visit the website, browse to pic (step 1), then jump to step 4 and choose “Max file size” as 1000 Kilobytes, click resize button, then click “download to disk” to save the smaller pic to your computer.
