Yes I would think it’s the Perseid meteor which you can see now. It peaks on the 12th August. They can be so bright with tails of light.

Fabulous. Lucky person to have seen a big one.

Recommendation- Pleasantly surprised by new Belgian-Dutch restaurant in Torrox-Costa

Like many of you I am a lover of good food. The other day I was pleasantly surprised by the new Belgian-Dutch restaurant named Happy Days along the Paseo Marítimo in Torrox-Costa, just on the corner with Avenida Europa. All food is freshly made using the best ingredients, so sometimes you will need to have patience that will surely be rewarded once you start enjoying the food. The very good sea view is of course an extra. Since last week they also offer delicious (not dry!) roast chicken to eat on site or to take away. Famous Belgian beers also offered. Staff are multilingual.

The rules for Blogs have changed and it now means that I could face a fine if I publish any negative reviews of any person or company – even though it may be true or half true.
