UPDATED 13 SEP. Easy Way to Shrink Pics: Photo submissions now have a 2Mb size limit, no exceptions. You can easily shrink pics for free at this site. Just visit the website, browse to pic (step 1), then jump to step 4 and choose “Max file size” as 2000 Kilobytes, click resize button, then click “download to disk” to save the smaller pic to your computer. Spanish Classes, Torrox Costa: Did you enroll for Spanish classes with Sergio in May/June for 2018/19 at SEP Las Moreas, Avenida del Faro, behind Lew’s Bar? There is now a Timetable on the notice board with a list of students, classes start week commencing 17.09.2018. There are now 2 new teachers Manuel and Carmen. Please check your class as times have changed. I have taken photos but not sure quality is good enough.

Wanted, Interpreter: I am in need of an interpreter to accompany me to the hospital in Velez on Monday 24th September when I am having a cataract operation at this point I am not certain of the time. I may not even need one but I cannot rely on the interpreters in the hospital as they are so busy and so not always available immediately and the surgeon will not hold up his operations to wait for one.
I would appreciate a fixed rate rather than an hourly one as I have no idea how long I will be there.
I am in Torrox Campo but can meet at the hospital obviously I will not be driving myself. Please reply giving costs involved.

Information please re Plymouth-Santander ferry: We are booked for the first time on The Pontaven Brittany ferry from Plymouth to Santander with our dog in October. We know the basics but can anyone with experience of this crossing with their dog, tell us more about the kennels provided, what bedding there is and what we need to take with us for the dog besides food etc. Any tips gratefully received by nervous dog owner!
