Just visit the website, browse to pic (step 1), then jump to step 4 and choose “Max file size” as 2000 Kilobytes, click resize button, then click “download to disk” to save the smaller pic to your computer. Dancing & Exercise: Latin Dance Classes in Velez; starting on Tues. October 2 at 8:00pm. Studies show that dancing and especially learning or brushing up on steps is the ultimate form of body and brain exercises. Join us for 90 minutes weekly on Tuesdays for sharing a fun activity with same minded people. Francisco Sanchez, a Spanish instructor and Norma, his English speaking assistant, will inspire you to move to such Latin dances as Meringue, Salsa, Cha Cha Cha and Bachata. We will not rush to teach you complicated steps. These lessons are for individuals or couples who want to better understand 1) the basics of the body moving to music, 2) how to center yourself, 3) how to establish your center of gravity, 4) how to transfer your weight gracefully and 5) how to express in movements what the music conveys. But most importantly 6) how to feel joyful while moving to music and sharing this joy with others. Students will rotate partners to acquire maximum skills. All welcome!!
