Recommendations

Wanted: Does anyone have any recommendations for solicitor/abagado, who have reasonable charges, to handle a purchase of a property. A friend says they have details of an Abagado called “Carlos Derqui Garcia” who is based in Nerja, but they have not used him. Recommendations

Are your plants dying? Hi, have any readers experienced losing potted plants recently, I.e dying ? Well this ugly beast maybe the culprit. Having recently had three tubs of flowers , carefully watered etc die I emptied one tub and found three or four of these creatures. On digging deep into the others I found the earth was infested with young ones. From what I can gather from Google they are either the grub/ larvae of the rhinoceros beetle or something else which apparently lives on roots !! Perhaps someone may have some more information regarding them. Strangely though they were all in bagged earth purchased from a garden center. The ‘thing’ is approximately two to two and a half inches long and as thick as a man’s small finger. Any answers please. David ,Caleta, 625266792.

Electricity Fraud: Over the last 18 months or so, a number of my clients have had extortionate bills from a certain electricity supplier as a result of “fraud”. In each and every case a technician has made a report stating that a “shunt” has been added to the meter to bypass the counter and “steal” electricity. I have successfully reclaimed a number of these and am on a mission to ensure the culprit is found – on all the Reports I have seen so far it is the same engineer and almost identical wording! If anyone has had a similar experience please get in touch with me. The area is ostensibly Competa but any area would be interesting.

VI Flamenco Competition “Young Values of Flamenco”: We present the 6th edition of the flamenco competition “Jóvenes Valores del Flamenco” that will be held on July 21st in the Plaza del Olvido in Nerja at 10pm. Shelter Closure Update: Hi friends in the Nerja area!!! Please show up (with your dog if you have one) on the Balcon de Europa (Nerja) by the town hall on Saturday the 21st at 11:00. A big demonstration against closing APA (the local dog shelter). Please help support a great cause!! APA has been given 2 weeks notice to close up the shelter and find homes for 50 dogs. If not possible they will go to the dog pound Don Animal where they will be killed after 10 days. Please let us know if you can home or foster a dog!!! Hope to see you. It matters. *One pic per item or event, readers can email you for more. Three For Sale items per day max. Include all sale items/pics for that day in single email. For Sale items must include a price.
*Photos & Documents- .jpeg, .jpg or .png formats only. Pics printed as received, be sure it is right side up! Keep pic size to 1Mb max and name them properly. No PDFs or Word documents.
*To submit a “For Sale/Rent” ad where the price of an item exceeds €4,000.00, or the monthly rent of a property exceeds €800.00 per month, you must be a DigameXtra sponsor.
