SPANISH ELECTION FRAUD
Elections Propaganda Warning– Don’t Trust The CIS Polls The Lefty Media Is Pushing: {DigameXtra Exclusive}
– Spain’s Centre for Sociological Research (CIS) is a publicly funded polling institution whose leadership is appointed by the government. Under the Socialist-led government of Pedro Sánchez, its election estimates have repeatedly diverged sharply from those published by independent polling organisations, often showing substantially stronger support for the governing Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE) and weaker support for the opposition People’s Party (PP).
– The latest figures illustrate the problem. While other polling organisations show the PP 5% to 7% ahead, the CIS has reported an 11.8-percentage-point lead for the PSOE. Such a dramatic discrepancy raises serious questions about the institute’s methodology, political independence and credibility.
– The political implications are significant. Favourable polling can shape media coverage, influence perceptions of political momentum and potentially affect voter expectations. The governing party therefore has an obvious interest in how public opinion is presented. Critics argue that a persistent pattern of inaccurate estimates favouring the governing party cannot simply be dismissed as ordinary polling variation.
– Public money should support transparent, impartial research, not figures that undermine confidence in democratic debate. Until the CIS’s recurring discrepancies are convincingly explained, its estimates should be treated with considerable caution rather than accepted as an authoritative picture of Spanish public opinion.
– See images, where every pollster other than CIS has the PP with a significant lead.

BOGUS CIS POLL
OTHER POLLS
In Related News…
Contradicting all the other polls, PSOE surges in CIS poll, leads the PP by almost 12 points a month and a half before the November 29 elections; CIS manager gets sued for fraud: {Trans, summary}
– The Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE) is heading into the pre-campaign period for the November 29th general election with a nearly 12-point lead over the People’s Party (PP), at least according to the Center for Sociological Research (CIS). The October barometer, published this Wednesday, gives the Socialists an estimated 34% of the vote, three points higher than in September, while the PP has fallen 3.3 points to 22.2%.
– The CIS poll’s results clash with those of other private surveys.
*GAD3, in its barometer for the newspaper ‘ABC’, gives the PP the victory with 31.4% and 133 seats, compared to 26.4% for the PSOE and 18.2% for Vox.
*40dB, which compiles its own poll for the newspapers ‘El País’ and ‘Cadena SER’, based on fieldwork conducted on October 7th and 8th, places the People’s Party (PP) at 31.9%, the Socialists (PSOE) at 28.1%, and Vox at 18.9%. With these figures, the PP and Vox would together win 198 seats, well above the absolute majority.
– The gap between the CIS (Center for Sociological Research) and private polling firms is not new. The agency has been headed since 2018 by José Félix Tezanos, a longtime socialist and former member of the PSOE’s (Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party) Federal Executive Committee. The PP (People’s Party), which accuses him of systematically overestimating the left, filed a lawsuit against him in May with the Supreme Court. SPAIN
New earthquake risk map in Spain, eastern Andalusia most at risk: {Trans, summary}
– Spain has updated its earthquake preparedness criteria. The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published a new Basic Guideline for Civil Protection Planning, replacing the regulations in force since 1995. The document, based on studies by the National Geographic Institute (IGN), incorporates updated information on the seismic hazard of the territory, revises the criteria for organizing the response to potential emergencies, and identifies the most vulnerable areas.
– The southeast of the Iberian Peninsula is the most exposed, and more specifically eastern Andalusia, the Region of Murcia, and the southern part of the Valencian Community. The Andalusian province of Granada stands out because earthquakes of magnitude VIII or higher are expected in dozens of towns, including the capital city, Albolote, Atarfe, Armilla, Alhendín, Loja, Motril, and Almuñécar, among others.
– Málaga also presents a high risk. The new risk map highlights the municipalities of Antequera, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Torrox, and Frigiliana. Córdoba is another affected area. The town of Iznájar is among those that could reach intensities equal to or greater than level VIII, as well as Alcalá la Real in the province of Jaén.
– You can check the status of your town in the source article.

The Supreme Court upholds the convictions of Ábalos and Koldo after rejecting their spurious requests to overturn the sentence in the masks case: {Trans}
– The Supreme Court on Wednesday confirmed the 24 and 19 year prison sentences it imposed on former Transport Minister José Luis Ábalos and his former advisor Koldo García for the ‘mask case’, dismissing the appeals for annulment they filed against the sentence. The Criminal Chamber has so decided in a ruling, reported by Europa Press, after having convicted them last June for crimes of criminal organization, bribery, influence peddling and embezzlement.
– The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requested that the motions for annulment of both cases be rejected, stating that “they are necessarily doomed to failure and must be dismissed, as they clearly exceed the scope of this remedy,” by “limiting themselves to reproducing claims already examined and decided in the final judgment whose annulment is requested.” Source, Spanish: https://www.20minutos.es/nacional/supremo-confirma-las-condenas-abalos-koldo-tras-rechazar-sus-peticiones-anular-sentencia-caso-mascarillas_7048675_0.html

AXARQUÍA
The Axarquía / Costa del Sol becomes the setting for a new international Disney production: {Trans, summary}
– The Axarquía Costa del Sol region is hosting the filming of a new international production linked to Disney. Through the Axarquía Film Office the production company Ánima Stillking received guidance during the summer months in finding and selecting locations that met the series’ aesthetic and narrative requirements.
– The series, created by Ramón Salazar for Disney and titled ‘Fuimos Eternos’ (We Were Eternal), is filming on the cliffs of Maro, in the port of Caleta de Vélez, Frigiliana, and Riogordo. At this time, it is not possible to offer further details about the plot or the other selected locations due to confidentiality agreements surrounding the project. During the summer months, the Axarquía Film Office visited various locations in the Axarquía region as potential filming locations, some of which were discarded due to logistical and script issues. For now, it is not possible to provide further details about the plot or other specific locations chosen and scattered throughout the Axarquía.
– The Axarquía Film Office has also announced that ‘Fuimos Eternos’ will not be the only Disney production to arrive in the region in the coming months, although they have not provided further information in compliance with established confidentiality agreements. CEUTA CRISIS
Migrant Returns and Relocations in Ceuta: {Trans, summary}
– Since last Thursday 914 additional migrants have returned voluntarily from Ceuta, while 33 have been expelled, bringing the weekly total to 947 returns and expulsions. Authorities attributed the increase in voluntary departures partly to migrants choosing to leave after being informed of asylum eligibility requirements, before expulsion proceedings begin.
– A total of 89 unaccompanied migrant children have been transferred to mainland Spain for family reunification, 10 more than the previous week. Another 173 children have been relocated to different Spanish autonomous communities. The total number of registered children remaining in care in Ceuta stands at 3,019. Spain has also sent Morocco 41 family reunification cases, but no response has yet been received.
– The number of returns has raised questions about estimates of migrants remaining in Ceuta following the mass arrivals of 30 and 31 July. Initial estimates from Madrid suggested 5,000 people, while Ceuta’s government put the figure at 10,000 to 13,000.
– Authorities had reported 72,000 entries total, claiming that 90 to 95 per cent returned to Morocco within the first hours, a number disputed as a wild overestimate by the Ceuta authorities and NGOs. The remaining number is still uncertain, with drone searches used to locate migrants sheltering outdoors.

HEALTH
Psychedelics Therapy Center Busted– Following similar busts in Pedreguer, Alicante, Aug ’25 & El Campello, Alicante, Feb ’24:
– The Spanish Civil Guard dismantled an illegal clinic operating from a chalet in Sagunto, Valencia, Spain, under Operation Chimera. The facility offered multi-day retreats presented as therapeutic treatments, administering psychoactive substances to participants despite lacking the required healthcare qualifications, professional accreditation, municipal licences and property authorisations.
– Services included the administration of ayahuasca, hallucinogenic mushrooms, psilocybin, kambô and bufo alvarius. The organisation promoted these substances as remedies for various illnesses and advertised retreats online, with participation fees reaching €500. It also circulated information on social media about producing psilocybin capsules.
– Investigators found that promotional material made medical claims, including suggestions that the treatments could prevent cancer and that vomiting and diarrhoea indicated bodily purification or recovery. Participants’ vital signs were reportedly monitored, with measures taken to address possible adverse effects.
– During a search on 25 September, officers seized substances awaiting health authority analysis, a product labelled Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS), capsule-making equipment, precision scales, potentially hallucinogenic mushrooms, cultivation materials, cash and participant records, including medical histories.
– The operation resulted in the arrest of the organisation’s principal operator and the investigation of a woman, both Argentine nationals, on suspicion of offences involving public health, unauthorised professional practice and fraud. Authorities also identified a similar facility in Argentina linked to the organisation.
