“Killed Emails…..”
Can anyone help? I have accidently emptied all my email folders into the ‘TRASH’ folder, (all 1900+ emails) and I desperately need them all back in their rightful folders but there seems to be no ‘undo’ command in yahoo. What do I do? I know I can put them back individually into the correct folder but there must be an easier way.

What’s On- Raw Food Workshop
Join us on Wednesday 28th September with guest chef, David Paris for a workshop on the preparation of a variety of Raw Food dishes, based on seasonal local food at Casa Montes Negros, organic farm. Autumn is the time for harvesting and consuming a huge variety of local fruit and vegetables.
You will learn about the philosophy and practice of the Raw Food diet and how to prepare a three-course raw and vegan lunch.
A great day out for both experienced cooks looking for some new ideas or anyone wanting to learn about preparing food without cooking.
The price of 35 euros includes the workshop, a folder with all the recipes and lunch at a beautiful mountain finca, in the foothills of La Maroma mountain.

What’s On- Torrox Costa Christmas market
This year the christmas market CANNOT be held in the Horto malaga warehouse due to structural issues. So this year it will be held in the banqueting suites next door in the Horto Malaga Restaurante. There is room for approx 35 stalls inside. With 3 bars outside and bouncy castles etc.. Father Christmas and one of the 3 kings will also be there,. If you are interested in having a stall please email me with a brief outline of what you are interested in selling, as we are trying to get a wide variety of different stalls. The dates are:- set up on the 7th in the morning, the market will be officially open at 5pm on that date , 8th, 9th 10th and 11th of December. Last year the market was well attended, although criticised by some. This year we are aiming to make it much better but your assistance is required.
We are also looking for any choirs, singing groups or individuals that may be interested in showing off their talents.

New Rules for Blog
The rules for Blogs have changed and it now means that I could face a fine if I publish any negative reviews of any person or company – even though it may be true or half true.
