Dumped Puppies
Do you recognise these puppies?
They were dumped last night (around 12.00 am Sunday night / Monday a.m.) in front of my house in Cómpeta, on the road to Sayalonga. I wasn’t home. Luckily a neighbour found them and after spending (me and my neighbour) all the morning trying to find a foster house for them, because neither him or me could take them, finally they are fine in a foster home. But if someone knows who did it or have seen something, please tell me to try to take the necessary measures, so it is not repeated again
It is not fair, either for the puppies or the person who finds them. People should spay or neuter their animals in order to stop having unwanted litters. Just imagine what could have happened if my neighbour hadn’t found them? They were found in a box under the sun!

Meet Byron
Meet Byron, my gorgeous, approx. 1 year old rescue dog who sadly now urgently needs a new forever home. Unfortunately due to the loss of my income and in turn my home here and now my health I have no choice but to rehome my beloved dog.
I’ve had him for 4 months having taken him in from a farm where he was being abused. He’s about a year old, great company, very loyal, and a big old softy at heart who likes nothing more than to have his tummy rubbed.
He also has loads of energy and ideally needs to live in the campo with other dogs, female or older dogs, where he can run around and play to his heart’s content. He’s good with other dogs that he knows and all people but he’s not so good with other male dogs if he feels at all threatened.
I do walk him on the lead every day but know that he much prefers running free so he would love to live on land where he can roam around safely and play. He’s house-trained and now sleeps indoors; he’s neutered, vaccinated, chipped and has a pet passport. He will make a great lifelong companion and if there was any way I could keep him I would.
If anyone can give him the home he deserves, please drop me a line at samwrightmbcs @ gmail.com. I must find him a new home in the next 10 days – please help if you can. Thanks all.

After the great responses received from my last advertisement here I am seeking further work in the Los Romanes /Vinuela/Puente areas.
I am 16 years old, hard working, and willing to complete most jobs, I have my own transport (parents taxi) and only charge €8 per hour. I can also ask a friend to work with me, should it be a 2 lad job.

The subject line of the email should be what you’d like to see as your heading – otherwise, I choose a subject line
The text of the email should be what you’d like to see published – but note:
Prices must be included with items for sale.
If your first attempt to sell fails, note that a second attempt will not be allowed unless the original price is reduced considerably, nor for at least 2 weeks later.
Anyone selling anything must include the make and model number of the item, unless it is unmarked or homemade; in those cases it should be listed as such. Failure to do so may result in the submission being rejected.
Photos will only be published once.
Photos must be in JPG or JPEG Format
Please do not send ads for property / real estate.
All formatting, pretty colours, bold, underlining, strange fonts etc are automatically removed.
Please – Don’t use all Block CAPITALS LIKE THIS or I may have to send it back for you to put into normal case. (This is the way people normally write, with capital letters where appropriate – such as “I” and place names “Malaga”, makers’ names such as “Electrolux”, days of the week “Monday”)
You must include contact details, either an email address or a telephone number, in the text. If you don’t I cannot publish it. Often I cannot “extract “your email address from the email, so repeat it please.
This is not a service for local companies to exploit.
The decision about what to publish is mine, if I don’t want to publish then I won’t.
About Photos and other attachments
If you want to send a picture please send it as an attachment to your email, in JPG or JPEG format and try and keep the size down to around 200KB.
Please don’t send PDFs or Word documents.
Your email address must be quoted in this format…I insert spaces within the address so that nasty software can’t steal their address for spam purposes – e,g, my address is correctly janekirkspain@gmail.com
if it were a Contributor’s address I’d insert spaces thus –
janekirkspain @ gmail.com.
So all you do is remove those spaces before contacting a contributor.
New Rules for Blog
The rules for Blogs have changed and it now means that I could face a fine if I publish any negative reviews of any person or company – even though it may be true or half true.
