-Monday: Yoga is back! Join us at La Tabla as we strip the floor ready to stretch out and calm.
-Tuesday: PJ’s BIG quiz. We are looking for some fresh blood to challenge the regulars at the most entertaining quiz on the coast! Take part in 8 general knowledge rounds, Music round, mix n match round, the memory test and also two clue questions! Bonus prizes are also available through the night with a chance to win a free drink and also Pj’s shopping bag! Its 1€ per person entry which also includes a light snack at half time. Builder: Are you looking for a reliable builder? We can highly recommend Scott Wilson. He worked at our old house in the country side building outdoor terraces, steps, a storage room and an outdoor kitchen. He listened to our suggestions and often came with ideas for improvement. His workers were courteous and friendly. They got on with the job and obviously enjoyed the work. The area was cleaned up every day and tools packed away. They arrived on time and we were always notified by phone of any changes due to rainy weather, etc. So now we sit either on our front terrace and enjoy the view down to the sea or on the tiled side terrace where we often make our lunch outdoors. We are really pleased with the work he did.

I highly recommend the Medical Centre at Block 88 Avda. America in Torrox Costa Tel: 952 53 03 57. Open 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 9pm. English – Spanish – German – Dutch etc., spoken, very friendly welcome with excellent Doctors always available. Bring photo I.D. The service is always fast and they have specialist services. Prescriptions for existing conditions cost €20. Every ailment or symptom professionally seen to.
Open Saturdays – Sundays and Bank holidays from 9am to 2pm. Excellent and friendly service. Best clinic along the coast, little waiting and expert attention from the wonderful staff and Doctors with wide and long experience. Especially inexpensive when compared with new consultation prices in Nerja.

Reminder: Microsoft to end support for Windows 7 in 1 year. So it’s time for you to upgrade your OS and say goodbye to Windows 7, as its five years of extended support will end on January 14, 2020. After that date, the tech giant will no longer release free security updates, bug fixes and new functionalities for the operating system that’s still widely used by people, which will leave users who fail to upgrade more susceptible to malware attacks. However, the end of free support doesn’t end Windows 7 support for big business and enterprise customers. As always, Microsoft does make exceptions for certain companies that are willing to pay a lot of money to continue their support.
In March 2017, Microsoft also started blocking new security patches and updates for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users running the latest processors from Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, and others. With this dirty trick MS has denied you the ability to run Win 7 or 8.1 on new computers they are actually compatible with, a clear violation of your right to use your purchased equipment as you see fit.
