Parking at Minigolf La Herradura
-The Makeover: Keeping it cool! Well, after some heavy lifting, measuring and painting the first two-thirds of the Minigolf La Herradura plot is now home to 20 parking spaces available for daily parking from Saturday, 1 July until at minimum the middle of September.
If you are planning on spending the day in La Herradura, you could not ask for a parking area in a more central location. By the middle or end of next week there will be sun shades covering the majority of the lot and the price of admission includes unlimited access to the Minigolf course itself. Also, there is a large bathroom available as well as a picnic table where self-catering is allowed. Security cameras cover the entire plot. You could almost call this “boutique” parking. As such I highly recommend that you call in advance for reservations.
-Opening Hours and Admission fee: A daily pass will cost 10 euros and I plan to be open every day from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Overnight and long-term parking are also available though there will be no access to the cars outside of standard hours, except perhaps earlier in the morning by appointment. *I want to add that all of the above is subject to change. To be honest, I’m taking a flyer on this project, but if changes are made they will be posted at the entrance and I will explain the change before any admission ticket is issued.
-Don’t need parking but would like to play the Minigolf course this summer? Our special offer:
The full 18-hole Minigolf course is complete and easily playable. It has tucked in nicely at the back in the space previously used for racquet sports and petanca. The only difference from before is shorter spacing from one hole to the next. However, a big plus is that the course is now completely covered in shade. Not only that, but there was space for the bonus nine “guerilla” holes. And the price is, drum roll please: 5 euros per person! Your eyes do not deceive, only 5 euros regardless of age for unlimited play. Please book at least one hour in advance via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your time for this special offer.

Velez-Malaga New Water Restrictions- prohibits the filling of private swimming pools, the watering of parks and gardens and the washing down of streets with drinking water due to the drought: {Translation, summary}

– One of the world’s most common artificial sweeteners is set to be declared a possible carcinogen next month by a leading global health body, according to two sources with knowledge of the process, pitting it against the food industry and regulators.
– Aspartame, used in products from Coca-Cola diet sodas to Mars’ Extra chewing gum and some Snapple drinks, will be listed in July as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” for the first time by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the World Health Organization’s (WHO) cancer research arm, the sources said.
