DoctorLaptop Computer Services:
– If you rely on your computer and want it secure and running at peak performance an annual professional servicing is necessary. Your computer may not be slow, but today’s malware does not slow performance as it used to. Just because it appears to be running well does not mean the device is secure, you are still collecting malware, trackers and data miners when you go online. You wouldn’t drive your car till it runs out of oil before servicing it, would you? I do the most comprehensive cleaning and tune-up possible: verify all System files replacing any found to be corrupt, test all hardware and do hard disk sector repairs if needed, use 5 tool malware/adware/spyware/tracker removal protocol, clean out junk files/logs/history/etc., update Windows(or MacOS)+all drivers+programs and finally optimize your settings and registry for fastest overall performance.

Authorities intercepted two boats carrying a total of 254 people on Friday evening. A third boat carrying 238 people was intercepted at dawn on Saturday and a fourth vessel carrying 247 people was intercepted on Saturday morning.

National Police and Ministry of the Interior dismantle pirate IPTV operation, arrest eight suspects in Alicante, Malaga, and Valladolid:
– The authorities say they began investigating the “criminal organization” in February 2022. From operations centers in Alicante and Seville, the suspects allegedly provided “fraudulent multimedia content” via IPTV by installing “fraudulent applications” on customers’ devices, including set-top boxes, smart TVs, and mobile phones. As a result, movies, TV shows, and live sporting events, were available at a rate much lower than the legitimate market price.
– According to police the-now dismantled service had 18,300 subscribers. “The organization offered illegal services through a telecommunications consulting company that had a solid marketing structure at its service,” police explained.“
– Police carried out raids on four locations in Spain and a total of eight people were arrested; Valladolid (3), Alicante (3), Málaga (1) and Seville (1). All stand accused of serious crimes including membership of a criminal organization and intellectual property offenses. Police say the suspects had a “high degree of technological specialization” which allowed them to remotely manage clients who subscribed to sports audiovisual content. The suspects’ “entire IT infrastructure” was dismantled, police report. Full article: https://torrentfreak.com/police-dismantle-pirate-iptv-operation-bogus-e366m-losses-claim-goes-viral-231102/

SPANISH ELECTIONS

The right would achieve an absolute majority if there were elections held now, according to a GAD3 survey: {Translation,summary}
– The right-wing bloc that supported the investiture of Alberto Núñez Feijóo (PP, Vox, UPN and Coalición Canaria) would achieve an absolute majority if elections were held now, according to a GAD3 poll for ABC, which also indicates that the majority of Spaniards (59.3%) prefer a repeat election.
– The PP would increase its support from 33.1% to 35.5%, which would allow it to go from 137 to 146 seats, all at the expense of the PSOE and Vox.
– The survey was carried out between Monday 30 October and Friday 3 November, the days on which the PSOE’s number 3, Santos Cerdán, was photographed with the former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont, and on which the socialists have closed the investiture pact with ERC, which includes an amnesty law.
– In this context, according to this poll, the majority of Spaniards (59.3 %) would prefer a repeat election, while 34.1 % reject this option and 6.7 % do not know or do not answer.
– Specifically, in the case of the socialist voters surveyed, one in three (35 %) support a repeat election, as do Sumar voters, while among PP and Vox voters the percentage rises to over 90 % and for nationalist and pro-independence voters it is around 25 %.
– If there were to be a general election now, the right-wing bloc would achieve an absolute majority, according to this GAD3 survey, based on 1001 interviews with people over the age of 18 and with a margin of error of 3.2%.
– The PP would increase its support from 33.1 to 35.5 %, which would allow it to go from 137 to 146 seats, all at the expense of the decline of the PSOE and Vox. Specifically, Vox would fall from 33 to 28 seats, with 11.6 % of the vote, but UPN and Coalición Canaria would remain with the seats they each currently hold, which would allow this bloc, together with the PP, to reach an absolute majority, set at 176 seats.
– According to this survey, the PSOE would fall from 121 seats to 116, going from 31.7% to 29.7% of support, while Sumar would remain practically unchanged, losing just one seat (from 31 to 30) and moving up to third place by overtaking Vox.
– ERC would retain its current representation with seven seats, as would EH Bildu with 6 and PNV with 5, but Junts (a party that, like PNV, is still negotiating the investiture of Pedro Sánchez) would rise from 7 to 8, and BNG from 1 to 2. ANDALUCIA

President of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno- “Sánchez is buying the votes with the money he owes to Andalucia”: {Translation, summary}
– The president of the Junta de Andalucía and of the PP-A, Juanma Moreno, has asserted that the Socialist candidate for investiture to be president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, “is buying votes to remain in office with the money he owes to Andalucia”.
– “Surely we cannot prevent it”, but “we will denounce it, until our mouths run dry”, Moreno warned in an interview published this Sunday in the newspaper ‘El Mundo’, consulted by Europa Press, and in line with the agreement that the PSOE and ERC have reached for the Catalan pro-independence party to support the investiture of Sánchez, and which provides that the State will forgive up to 15. 15 billion euros of debt from the Autonomous Liquidity Fund (FLA) to Catalonia, which will also save around 1.3 billion euros in interest.
– In this regard, Moreno has argued that “forgiving Catalonia 16,300 million euros in debt and interest is a burden on equality between Spaniards”, and has considered it “unacceptable for the State to extrapolate this same transfer to the rest of the territories”. After this, Moreno emphasised that “this is breaking the equality of Spain, this is creating grievances, with the added fact that Sánchez is doing it just to keep himself in power”, and has emphasized that “it is immoral and we will see if it is also illegal”, he added. ALMUÑÉCAR

Will Sanchez Negotiations Tactics Lead To A National Municipal Debt Jubilee, And How Can Spain Afford That? Motril and Almuñécar demand forgiveness of their debts, want same treatment as Sanchez traded to Catalonia for investiture support. Expect more towns to do the same: {Translation}
– Almuñécar and Motril have called on the Spanish Government to cancel the debts owed by both municipalities after learning that the same has been done with Catalonia in the context of the investiture negotiations.
– The Mayoress of Motril, Luisa García Chamorro, appeared this Friday to demand the cancellation of Motril Council’s debt “following the announcement by the central government of a new way of financing- through the cancellation of the debt, as has been done in Catalonia”.
– The Sexitano (Almuñécar) councillor, Juan José Ruiz Joya, has announced that he is going to take an agreement by resolution of the Mayor’s Office, demanding Pedro Sánchez, “to forgive us the more than 16 million euros that the Almuñécar Town Hall owes to the State for the advance payment of suppliers and that we, the residents, have to pay annually in the municipal budgets”. Likewise, the Sexitano mayor explained that “the aforementioned amount owed to the State would serve as a real boost to the municipal coffers and would be used to build all the necessary infrastructure for Almuñécar and La Herradura”.

VÉLEZ-MÁLAGA

Warning to households in Vélez-Málaga from the town hall, either you save more water or restrictions will be increased: {Translation, summary}
– The Town Hall of Velez-Malaga has appealed to its residents this Friday to increase water saving in their homes, as otherwise it will be necessary to apply new restrictions on consumption due to the drought. These reductions mean that our municipality now only has 182.8 l/s for the month of November, which has meant that we have had to extend the hours of supply cut-offs, so we are once again asking our residents to make an extra effort”.
– The councillor for water in this municipality in the Axarquia region of Malaga, Jesús María Claros, has warned that the drought situation continues to “become more extreme” and, despite the fact that the council is trying to finalise the implementation of “new water resources”, the hours of water cut-offs have been increased.
– At present, the cut-off times range from 21:00 to 8:30, an interval that has been increasing in recent weeks and could continue to be extended if the town does not manage to reduce its water consumption considerably. Claros explained that these cuts have increased because the La Viñuela reservoir barely supplies water to Axaragua, the local company that makes the water from this reservoir drinkable, which is in a critical situation, at 7.7% of its capacity. “Currently the supply from the La Viñuela reservoir has been reduced to 30 litres per second, and that means that the entire supply from the reservoir is to supply the villages of the Benamargosa Valley, and hardly anything reaches us,” the councillor said.
– The flow currently supplied to Vélez-Málaga is now only 182.8 litres per second (l/s). This flow comes from the Viñuela reservoir itself (in an already derisory quantity), Guadalhorce (EMASA system) and the emergency wells (2 and 3) of the Río Chíllar. “These reductions mean that our municipality now only has 182.8 l/s for the month of November, which has meant that we have had to extend the hours of supply cut-off”, insisted the councillor.
– Claros has conveyed to the residents of the municipality the “imperative need to save water at home”. The data, he said, “are very clear”: in the month of October they only managed to save 8% compared to October 2022, which is not enough with respect to the target set by the Junta de Andalucía of 20%. In homes and private houses, he added, is where the least savings have been achieved. Specifically, consumption in municipal buildings fell by 54% in October compared to the previous year, large consumers reduced it by 17% and households by only 4%.
