DOCTORLAPTOP’S FAMOUS CLEAN & TUNEUP FULL MAINTENENCE SERVICE SPECIAL: New Lower Price!
Only €45 (reg. €60). Or bring 2 at the same time, €40 each.
Offer ends Tuesday Feb 20th.
– For Windows & Mac. For laptops and Mini PCs only. Tower PC full service remains at €80 (opening and cleaning the inside properly takes way more time).
– If you rely on your computer and want it running at peak performance, free of data collectors, trackers and the new Artificial Intelligence malware that easily evades your anti-virus software, an annual professional servicing is necessary. You wouldn’t drive your car till it runs out of oil before servicing it, would you? I do the most comprehensive cleaning and tune-up possible: verify all System files replacing any found to be corrupt, test all hardware and do hard disk sector repairs if needed, use 5 tool malware/adware/spyware/tracker removal protocol, clean out junk files/logs/history/etc., update Windows (or MacOS)+all drivers+programs and finally optimize your settings and registry for fastest overall performance.
Heavily infected comps, computers taking more than 2 minutes to startup or shutdown, or showing error messages, those need a repair, not a maintenance service. HDD hard disks of 1000Gb or more add €10.
*DoctorLaptop’s Computer Repairs- Torrox Costa*

I don’t work on computers made before 2017 unless I have been servicing then annually.

MOONETTE – Organic Skincare for Mature Skin: Indulge in timeless self-care this Valentine’s Day with Moonette’s organic skincare. Elevate your skincare ritual and let love glow, exclusively for our dear 60 plus QUEENS!
We are a Torrox-based company specialising in the creation of formulae which help prevent premature skin ageing. We are committed to making effective products at affordable prices.
Your skin health matters to us. How you feed your skin is as important as how you feed your body. Why settle for anything less than natural and organic?
As our skin is the first layer of our defence against microbial infections, ultraviolet radiation and environmental contamination it plays a vital role in our health. As we grow older, however, our skin becomes thinner, wrinkled, and more sensitive; hence it requires the use of treatments containing specific ingredients to the care of treating mature skin.
Recognising this need we have created a range of formulae which help
-slow down ageing process by smoothing fine lines and wrinkles.
-improve facial complexion and eliminate blemishes.
At Moonette, we are passionate about health, beauty and plants. Your skin will benefit from the properties of botanic essential oils combined with a selection of nutrients for deep hydration, cell revitalization and antioxidant effect, all sourced from the finest natural ingredients with gorgeous fragrances.
Naturally, we care about our planet and feel the need to help reduce the sheer volumes of plastics waste that are generated daily around the globe. Presently, we are minimizing the usage of plastic materials in our production while seeking alternative forms of packaging. To help reduce pollution we are asking all local customers to recycle or reuse their Moonette skincare containers, and offering a small discount on future purchases to customers recycling containers.

UK
What being in recession means and how it happened to the UK:
– Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s pledge to grow the economy has been dealt a hammer blow after official figures revealed Britain fell into recession at the end of last year.
– The Office for National Statistics (ONS) estimated that gross domestic product (GDP) fell by a worse-than-expected 0.3% between October and December, following a decline of 0.1% in the previous three months. It means that the economy entered a technical recession, as defined by two or more quarters in a row of falling GDP.
– Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves said: “The Prime Minister can no longer credibly claim that his plan is working or that he has turned the corner on more than 14 years of economic decline under the Conservatives that has left Britain worse off. “This is Rishi Sunak’s recession and the news will be deeply worrying for families and business across Britain.” Full article: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/what-does-being-in-recession-mean-b2496633.html

Julian Assange- Australia wants WikiLeaks founder back home:
– Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on Thursday called for the release of Julian Assange of legal pursuit by US and UK authorities. The 52-year-old WikiLeaks founder, who is an Australian citizen, has been trapped in legal limbo for years after releasing a raft of top secret US documents on war in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2010. He is currently being held in London but is facing extradition to the US on charges of espionage.
“People will have a range of views about Mr. Assange’s conduct,” Albanese told parliament. “But regardless of where people stand, this thing cannot just go on and on and on indefinitely.”
– The WikiLeaks founder will head to the UK’s High Court of Justice next week in an attempt to appeal his extradition.
– On Wednesday, the Australian parliament passed a motion calling for Assange to be returned to his home country. The motion had been put forward by independent Australian lawmaker Andrew Wilkie and supported by the prime minister. The motion called on the US and UK to bring the “matter to a close so that Mr. Assange can return home to his family in Australia.”
– Assange’s brother Gabriel Shipton welcomed the motion which came “at a crucial time,” saying that the free speech activist could be extradited to the US as soon as next week. “That means all the ties to his family, his lifeline that are keeping him alive inside that prison will be cut off and he’ll be lost into a horrific prison system in the United States,” Shipton said.
