Sanchez administration, ignoring the separation of powers, pressures the Supreme Court (TS) to amnesty Puigdemont: {Translation, summary}
– The judiciary continues to be the target of criticism from Pedro Sánchez’s government. After the return and immediate disappearance of fugitive Carles Puigdemont, the Central Executive calls into question the decision of the Supreme Court judge, Pablo Llarena, not to grant amnesty for the crime of embezzlement for
which the former Catalan president is charged in the 1-O case. The Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente {pic}, has accused the TS of “overreaching in its interpretation” of the Amnesty Law. {And I would suggest Minister Óscar Puente is inappropriately interfering with the Supreme Court, and on a topic that has nothing at all to do with his position. Do the judges tell you how to build bridges? Stay in your lane, dude! -Ed.}
– The Supreme Court’s refusal to grant amnesty for the crime of embezzlement is the reason why the arrest warrant for the pro-independence leader remains in force. ANDALUCÍA
Carolina España says, “María Jesús Montero will go down in history as the architect of the greatest grievance for Andalusians”: {Translation}
– The Andalusian Regional Minister of Economy, Finance and European Funds, Carolina España {pic, left}, has affirmed that the First Vice-President and Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero {pic, right}, has once again “betrayed the Andalusian people and denied what she denied less than a month ago”, in relation to the statements made by the socialist at the inauguration of Salvador Illa as Catalan president.
– “If on 15 July she denied a Catalan quota during the Fiscal and Financial Policy Council, now she is the first to support it in order to whitewash Illa’s investiture”, the councillor explained. España added that “as an Andalusian, she should find it embarrassing to support a fiscal model for Catalonia that will entail serious damages for Andalusia and Andalusians. It is a grave betrayal of her land and a great disloyalty to the Andalusians”.
– The Minister of Finance regrets that the Vice-President of the Government now says the opposite of what she said about the Catalan supporting ERC-PSOE agreement: “It says a lot about what she is like: she has no criteria of her own, like no one else in the Spanish government, and is a puppet who repeats the arguments that come out every morning from Moncloa”.
– “María Jesús Montero is going to go down in history for being the architect of the greatest grievance for the Andalusians, for breaking equality between citizens and solidarity between territories”, said Carolina España. “This unilateral decision harms all Spanish citizens. For this reason, the Andalusian Government has already requested the urgent convening of the Fiscal and Financial Policy Council, which is where all matters related to fiscal policies should be dealt with”, she concluded. Are the local olive oil producers price gouging us?: {Translation, summary}
– {Despite reporting disastrous harvests and claims of low inventory, requiring a doubling of the shelf price for Andalucians, Andalucia olive oil production exceeds €2,000 million in sales for the first time with export growth of 75% over the same period last year…we’ve been had! Just like the power suppliers, the petrol sellers and the banks, all crying about how bad business is and demanding public subsidies, yet all posting record profits. -Ed.}
– Andalusia has broken the record for olive oil exports between January and May 2024, exceeding for the first time in history the 2,000 million in sales; specifically, it has invoiced 2,043 million of ‘liquid gold’, which has meant a growth of 75% over the same period last year. MALAGA PROVINCE
Extreme heat returns to Malaga- yellow warning for Tuesday with maximums of 40 degrees: {Translation, summary}
– The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has just activated the yellow alert for today (Tuesday), when maximum temperatures are expected to exceed 40C in some parts of the province. In the capital, for example, the mercury is expected to reach 37C.
– In addition, the thermal sensation will be worse as all forecasts indicate that the day will be accompanied by a land-based wind. The alert is activated for the regions of the Western Costa del Sol, Axarquia and Valle del Guadalhorce, between 13:00 and 21:00 hours. The areas of the Guadalhorce Valley and the entire coastline of Malaga will be the most affected by this new episode of extreme heat. In this regard, the European Centre for Meteorological Forecasts (ECMWF) estimates, in its latest update, that at around five o’clock this Tuesday afternoon some of the aforementioned areas will be close to 45C.
– These are the specific cases of Coín and Pizarra, where temperatures are expected to exceed 40C. And in all cases, the minimum temperatures are not expected to fall below 25C. The final stages of the fourth heatwave in Spain this summer will be long, the provincial mercury levels will be above 35C until at least next Saturday, when the Malaga Fair starts, although for now the Aemet is only keeping the yellow alert active for this Tuesday.
– Currently the northern part of the province has been spared from the weather warning. In the regions of the Ronda and Antequera mountains temperatures are not expected to exceed the maximum of 35C this week. In addition, the minimum temperatures will be milder than in the rest of the province, dropping to around 18C in some localities. SEVILLA
Sevilla will cut off the water to irregular tourist homes to prevent their activity: {Translation, summary}
– The mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz, has confirmed that his Government Team and the Government of Andalusia have agreed on a series of measures to combat housing for tourist use in an irregular situation. He has directed the Metropolitan Supply Company and Saneamiento de Aguas de Sevilla (Emasesa) to interrupt the supply to the properties detected in such a situation. This will include detected, unregistered rentals and dwellings with expired registration, as well as “a sweep of all registered dwellings which lack occupancy”.
– He stressed that “in the case of illegal dwellings that continue to operate once they have been removed from the Junta de Andalucía register”, Emasesa will “cut off the water supply” to prevent the property from continuing to host tourist activity, with “special emphasis” on joint actions in cases of tourist dwellings that arouse complaints from neighbours, among other aspects. Hungary’s Exclusion From Schengen Also Means Its Departure From EU, Polish PM Warns:
– Hungary’s decision to include Russia and Belarus in its National Visa scheme has sparked controversies among authorities in Europe.
– The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk {pic}, has warned “Exclusion from Schengen would be the start of Hungary’s exit from the European Union too- we should be careful about excluding countries from the European Union.”
– Tusk’s comments come following calls from some politicians in Europe to exclude Hungary from the Schengen Zone after facilitating entry rules for nationals of Russia and Belarus.

UK’s Border Force Officers Can Now Cancel Pre-Settled Status of EU Citizens Who Do Not Meet the Rules:
– The United Kingdom has given the power to the Border Force officers to cancel the pre-settled status of EU citizens and their foreign family members who are found to not comply with the rules.
– EU citizens and their non-EEA family members who have a pre-settled status in the UK under the EU Settlement Scheme must stay within the territory of the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man for at least six months in every 12-month period and meet some other rules.
– However, some who hold this status often do not follow the criteria, and for this reason, the Border Office officers are now authorised to cancel their pre-settled status if they cease to meet or never met the requirements under the scheme.
– As Settled, which is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, explains, changes related to the EU Settlement Scheme were brought on July 15, 2024, and now those under the EU Settlement Scheme will face stricter controls. TECH
Major background check security company breached, nearly 3 billion people exposed in data theft, there’s only 8.2 billion people on the planet, so about 1 in 3 people affected :
– You might be affected by one of the biggest data breaches ever and not even know it. A recent class action lawsuit filed against Jerico Pictures Inc., a background check company that does business under the name National Public Data, claims that the company was breached by hackers earlier this year.
– As a result, the lawsuit says, confidential data for 2.9 billion was exposed and stolen by a hacker group known as USDoD.
– Making matters even worse, those affected by this cyberattack may not even know they could be involved. National Public Data reportedly gathers its data by scraping information about individuals from non-public sources without their knowledge or consent.
– The exposed information contains varying details for nearly 3 billion people which include full names, former and current addresses, and Social Security numbers as well as personal data tied to family members and relatives who are both living and deceased.
– With billions exposed, the National Public Data breach appears to be one of the biggest single data breaches ever, seemingly rivaled only by Yahoo’s 2013 data breach which affected 3 billion accounts.
Full article: https://mashable.com/article/background-check-company-breached-3-billion-affected
Editor’s note:
– In my opinion, and that of many in the tech biz, these major data hacks are intentional.
– The globalists of the United Nations and World Economic Forum, among others, sponsor these hacks to get you accustomed to their evil plans to eliminate all personal privacy. The globalists want everything you do or say to be considered public knowledge, recorded and stored forever on their blockchain network. Big tech will eventually claim they are helpless to prevent these data hacks, and insist this is the only solution. Of course they will put lipstick on this pig; they will claim they need all your data for the benefit of the planet, to enforce on individuals the Agenda 2050 objectives, including: taxing your Green/Carbon footprint, monitoring your personal and business finances for suspicious activity & tax compliance, monitoring all your communications to detect and identify miscreants & political opponents, monitoring your diet via your purchases to ensure compliance with coming dietary restrictions/rationing and health insurance requirements, etc. -Ed.

76% of Andalusians claim that they do not practice any religion: {Translation}
– 76.9 % of Andalusians claim not to practise a religion, a figure in which Catholics are in the majority, 39.4 % of whom define themselves as such but never attend a religious service.
This is reflected in a study carried out by apablo.com, sent to EFE, after examining the responses related to the creed of those surveyed by the Centre for Sociological Research (CIS) in its last eleven barometers, which cites that only the remaining 23.1% do practice a religion.
– The 76.9 % of non-practising people in Andalusia include non-practising Catholics (39.4 %), atheists (13.6 %), agnostics (12.5 %) or indifferent or non-believers (11.4 %).
– Of those who do actively practise a religion, 20.5% are practising Catholics and 2.6% are believers in another religion, while 48% of Andalusian believers and practitioners attend religious rites at least once a week.
– Of all those who do practise the Catholic religion or are believers in another religion, 48% attend religious rites at least once a week, and the percentage of people who attend several times a month or a year in Andalusia is 41.1%, while the remaining 10.9% say they attend ‘never’ or ‘hardly ever’.
– Young people are, in general, becoming less and less religious, with 13.6 % of 18-29 year olds and 12.9 % of 30-39 year olds practising a religion, a figure which increases progressively in later age ranges to 37.7 % of practitioners from the age of 70 onwards.
– Moreover, the number of atheists has tripled in recent decades: only 8% of those aged 70 and over consider themselves atheists, while among 18-29 year olds the figure is 25.6%.
– The number of agnostics has also risen, and young churchgoers and believers are attending fewer and fewer religious rites, with a clear downward trend.
– Believing or practising women account for a higher percentage than men. Thus, 23.2% of women are practising Catholics or believers in another religion, compared to 16.1% of men.
– Finally, single, divorced or separated people are less believing and practising than those who are married or widowed. Source, Spanish: https://andaluciainformacion.es/andalucia/1734150/el-76-de-los-andaluces-asegura-que-no-practica-ninguna-religion/

Hey Jenni- Watch and learn how a real celebrity deals with an uninvited kiss from an adoring fan: {DigameXtra}
– Tom Cruise thrilled the Paris Olympics closing ceremony with a stunt as he descended by cable and harness into Stade de France from the roof for the official flag handover to Los Angeles for the 2028 event.
– Once the actor touched ground he greeted fans as he made his way across the stadium floor. At one point, a fan was captured suprising Cruise with two kisses on the face. He handled it like a professional performer.
– Cruise has reportedly declined to file charges for sexual assault against the stranger, unlike Jenni, who filed claims and charges against a man she had known well, for most of her adult life, for a single celebratory kiss. Jenni, I suggest you watch and learn from Tom’s example, he’s a top performer and a class act. Click video to play.
