The Government creates a single transport pass throughout Spain for 60 euros per month, with some limitations as regions begin adopting it: {Translation, summary}

Inflation prevents Spaniards from making ends meet– the price of eggs, coffee, beef and chocolate have skyrocketed in 2025, new numbers for November: {Translation, summary}
– Eggs, coffee, beef, chocolate and cocoa are the food products that have seen the sharpest price rises in Spain between January and November this year, with increases that in all cases exceed double digits.

Consumer Affairs fines Airbnb €64 million for advertising unlicensed Spanish tourist accommodations: {Translation, summary}

Warning to drivers– the DGT intensifies alcohol and drug controls in Andalucia: {Translation, summary}

The Malaga metro will run all morning next New Year’s Eve: {Translation, summary}
– The Málaga Metro will operate a special service with additional trains during the Christmas period to adapt to the high demand generated at this time of year. On New Year’s Eve the underground will run from 1.00 am on 1 January, operating all night and without interruption.
– The New Year’s Eve special service will run continuously for 22 hours, with trains every 20 minutes from 1.00 am until 7.30 am on 1 January. From that point onwards, trains will run every nine and a half minutes until 11.00 pm.

– On 4 January, the day of the popular Cruz del Humilladero district parade on Calle La Unión, trains will run every five minutes from 4.30 pm until 11.00 pm, due to the significant demand generated by this event.
– On the day of Málaga’s main Three Kings parade, trains will also run every five minutes from 4.00 pm until 10.00 pm. The service will be extended until 1.30 am. Three people arrested in Vélez-Málaga after the dismantling of a dangerous network with explosive material: {Translation, summary}
– National Police officers carried out an operation in Vélez-Málaga that resulted in the arrest of three individuals on suspicion of drug trafficking, illegal possession of explosives and ammunition, document falsification and involvement in a criminal group. Rob Reiner, actor, director & far-left activist, and his wife, found dead with slit throats in Los Angeles home, son in custody:
– Rob Reiner’s troubled son Nick has been charged with fatally stabbing the famed director and his wife Michele at their Los Angeles home, authorities said Monday. Nick Reiner, 32, who spent years in and out of rehab for drug addiction, is in custody on $4 million bail. The Regional Hospital of Malaga requires the use of masks in all its centres: {Translation, summary}

– A popular beauty product sold in Spain has been withdrawn from the market. The Spanish agency of medicines and health products (Aemps) has informed the public that all batches of Wet N Wild Proline Felt Tip Eyeliner, with reference E8752 – EAN 4049775587527, have been recalled.
– The company has already initiated the withdrawal of the product from the points of sale, as well as the recovery of the units purchased by users. Health authorities advise people who have purchased any of the affected units of this beauty product not to use it and to contact the point of sale where it was purchased for a full refund within the next six months. If you are a point of sale for the product, you must check the products on sale and in storage at your premises. If you have any units, you must remove them from sale and contact the responsible company. Apple Issues Security Updates After Two WebKit Flaws Found Exploited in the Wild:
– Apple on Friday released security updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, visionOS, and its Safari web browser to address two security flaws that it said have been exploited in the wild, one of which is the same flaw that was patched by Google in Chrome earlier this week. Apple said it’s aware that the shortcomings “may have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals on versions of iOS before iOS 26.”
– The vulnerabilities were likely weaponized in highly-targeted mercenary spyware attacks, given that they both affect WebKit, the rendering engine that’s also used in all third-party web browsers on iOS and iPadOS, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and others.
– Apple users are urged to do a full system update as soon as possible.
