Patti Smith: Electric Poet (Patti Smith, la poésie du punk).
This is the latest documentary about a living legend in the history of music and punk: Patti Smith. An artist who reversed the codes of rock’n’roll and poetry with an unwavering style that has made her one of the most unique voices of her generation.?
Landing in New York on the ashes of the post-hippie culture, the twenty-something Patti Smith will upset all the existing codes: cliché rock’n’roll, excessively prosaic poetry. Solar energy installation recommendation: We have just had solar panels fitted by Yuren Energia. After 6 quotes from different companies, we found them to be very competitive and not at all pushy in trying to get the business. ANDALUCIA

The Board will inspect more than 1,000 restaurants: here’s what they will analyse: {Translation}
– Specifically, this campaign will control, among other aspects, compliance with regional regulations on complaints and claims sheets, referring to the existence of the same and its advertising poster, as well as information on the services offered correspond to the full final price, including taxes, and compliance with current regulations on the defense of consumers in the field of catering services, including control to prevent the marketing of unauthorized fish products.
– It will also control compliance with the quality standard of olive oils and olive pomace, in relation to the oil mills; or compliance with legislation on allergens and intolerances, as detailed by the Board in a note on Sunday.
– In particular, required notices will be confirmed such as price according to market (S / M); that the sale of delicatessen products, cheese, or products that can be cut from a main piece is made by weight units; that the supply of molluscs or crustaceans is made by weight or by units and indicates, in the latter case, its number.
– Also, that an invoice or proof of payment is provided with its obligatory content; that the establishment can prove the traceability of its products; that unpackaged water is dispensed free of charge by the establishment, and that, if the service of bread and snacks or appetizers is charged, its cost is reflected in the menu or price list.
– The catering inspection campaign carried out in 2022 resulted in 1,183 inspections in 642 establishments visited in the autonomous community. The inspection personnel detected non-compliances in 116 cases, 17.9% of the total.
– The non-compliances detected by the inspectors were mostly related to the non-availability of a complaints and claims form in the establishment; to not having the prices of food and beverages displayed; to the fact that the food and beverage menus or price lists are not located both outside and inside the restaurant, and also to verify that in establishments that serve at the table, a menu or list containing the totality of what is offered, with express mention of the products, services and prices, is provided before the service is rendered.
– In addition, non-compliances were detected for not complying with the obligation of sale by weight units when charcuterie products, cheese or other products susceptible of being cut from a main piece are offered to the public; and for not complying with the obligation of sale by weight or by units when mollusks or crustaceans are offered to the public.
– From the Board have remarked that, in case of any issue or query on consumer issues, citizens can contact Consumer Responde, a free information and advice service to consumers and users promoted by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs of the Junta de Andalucía.
– It is a multichannel service, which can be accessed continuously through the telephone number 900 21 50 80, www.consumoresponde.es, or by email consumoresponde@juntadeandalucia.es
Advice can also be received at the Provincial Consumer Services of the territorial delegations of Health and Consumer Affairs present in all provincial capitals, as well as in the Municipal Offices of Consumer Information (OMIC), and organizations of consumers and users.
