They have a fairly large menu focused on Greek/Roma/Spanish dishes. Mid-range prices: €9 Gamba Pil Pil, €19 Entrecôte (400gm), €4 pints of lager, €2 tapas. Diet restrictions can be accommodated, just let them know. I had a tzatziki tapa, 3/4 cup portion w/ bread, very tasty. Lots of seating inside and on their terrace (dog friendly). British homeowner brutally assaulted by squatters in Manilva:
– A British homeowner on the Costa del Sol suffered horrific injuries after being assaulted by squatters who had allegedly occupied his property in his absence. The 52-year-old man, named as Michael, travelled from Liverpool to his home in the Malaga municipality of Manilva after being informed on Sunday, May 28, that people had moved into his home.
– Neighbours asked him if he had rented his property out because they had observed strangers entering it. On arrival, he confronted the people in his home and demanded that they leave, which resulted in Michael receiving a beating.
– According to his testimony, he was hit several times on the head with bottles and suffered numerous cuts on his back and other parts of his body that were allegedly caused by broken glass.
– Guardia Civil officers and patrols from the Local Police were promptly in attendance. After receiving medical assistance, Michael was allegedly told to ‘ file a complaint’. Caracolia- the new festival dedicated to snails will be held in Seville on Friday June 9th and Sat, June 10th: {Translation}
– The consumption of snails in Seville is one of the many traditions that spring brings. Hundreds of establishments hang the sign on their façades and focus every afternoon on welcoming dozens of customers looking for that typical tapas at this time of year. Aware of this situation, the Seville Hotel and Catering Association and the Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism (with the collaboration of the Seville City Office) have joined forces to create the city’s first Snail Festival, which they have christened “Caracolia”.
– The event will take place this Friday and Saturday (9 and 10 June) on the Paseo de Colón and will bring together 13 establishments from Seville and its province, which will transfer their point of sale to this ephemeral snail fair.

Pilots at Air Nostrum in Spain announce indefinite strike action every day, starting today June 6th: Pilots at Air Nostrum, the Iberia-franchised airline for regional flights in Spain, will go on an indefinite daily strike from Tuesday, 6 June, over a long-running pay dispute. Users have reported getting a continuous ‘Connecting’ message when they try to send messages, while those using the webpage are getting error messages saying the site cannot be reached.
