This event, with which the town pays homage to its patron saint, will once again bring together residents and visitors for a program that combines tradition, activities for children, and musical performances.

Civil Guard locates more than 13,000 marijuana plants in a single day and 37 people are investigated: {Trans, summary}

The site, spanning roughly 100,000 square metres, is now being prepared with fencing, auxiliary infrastructure and initial earthworks. The main building’s foundation and structure are scheduled for 2027, with substantial completion expected by 2029. This building will house the accelerator, the Test Cell and key auxiliary systems.

Prosecutors are seeking a six-year prison sentence for a woman accused of cutting the rope of a bricklayer dangling from a height of 13 stories: {Trans}
– This Monday, the Provincial Court of Alicante is holding a trial in which a woman is being judged, accused of cutting the rope that held a bricklayer who was working 13 stories high in Benidorm .
– The events occurred on January 20, 2021. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the accused went out onto the balcony of her home with a sharp object and cut one of the ropes that kept the worker suspended on the facade of the building, between the 12th and 13th floors. The prosecution maintains that this is a case of attempted homicide and is requesting a six-year prison sentence for the woman.
– Apparently, the bricklayer was able to save himself thanks to the fact that he managed to grab onto a cornice of the building, on whose facade he was carrying out rehabilitation work at the time of the incident.
