Recomendation: I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Archgrove Services (a DigameXtra sponsor, see contact info in the Sponsor’s Section of every issue) for a local move of some household furnishings and personal items.
Lea arrived at the appointed time in a large van which was clean and spacious. He worked the whole time with enthusiasm and good speed, lifting and stowing all of the items in a secure and careful manner. Everything arrived to it’s new destination intact.
I had no hesitation to call upon Lea a week later for a second load.
Highly recommend Archgrove Services for your moving needs.

Andalusia accelerates its descent from the wave and has less than a thousand coronavirus infections: {Translated from sevilla.abc.es}
-The curve of the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic is steeply descending. So much so that this Tuesday the community has added less than a thousand infections, a figure that has not been seen for two months. We have to go back to the end of December last year to see such a low number of new cases. Thus, Andalusia has added 972 infections this Tuesday.
-Malaga is the province with the most confirmed cases this day with 266, followed by Seville with 215, Cadiz with 174, Almeria with 131, Cordoba with 66, Granada with 61, Jaen with 33 and Huelva with 26.
-In addition, the cumulative incidence rate in Andalusia has fallen this Monday to 451.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days when a week ago it exceeded 700 points and two weeks ago it was close to a thousand.
-As a result of this reduction in the number of cases that the community has been experiencing for a couple of weeks now, the health pressure is also dropping. So much so that this Tuesday, a day that always means a small increase in the number of patients admitted, there has been a decrease. It is minimal – there are 9 fewer coronavirus patients in Andalusian hospitals – but it is a measure of the speed with which the number of hospital admissions is falling.
-Thus, in total there are 3,388 people hospitalized in the community for coronavirus, 664 of them in the ICU, where the number of patients has also fallen by six.
More than 100 deaths
-Where there is no improvement for now – and it may take days yet to turn green – is in the number of deaths, which is once again above one hundred per day. On Tuesday, 113 deaths were recorded after a weekend in which no more than 40 per day were recorded. This is not surprising.
-Sundays and Mondays tend to reflect fewer fatalities due to a disorganisation in the reporting of fatalities. These figures are usually corrected from Tuesday onwards, when the evolution of the curve of fatalities is shown.
-On this day, Cadiz is once again the province with the most deaths with 22, followed by Almeria with 20, Seville and Malaga with 19 each, Granada with 16, Jaen with seven, and Cordoba and Huelva with five each. Bars and shops will continue to close at six o’clock due to the coronavirus crisis in Andalusia: {Translated from sevilla.abc.es}
-Bars, restaurants and shops will continue to close at six o’clock in the evening in Andalusia due to the coronavirus crisis. This was indicated by the Minister of Health and Families, Jesús Aguirre, in his appearance after the Governing Council held on Tuesday.
-Thus, “in the short term there are no plans to extend working hours in the hotel and catering or commerce sectors”, said Aguirre, who pointed out that an extension of working hours for these sectors will only take place when the downward trend of the pandemic is “clear and established”.
-For the health minister, it is essential to be able to guarantee that “there is no rise or anything that could lead to a fourth wave” of the pandemic before considering reopening bars in the afternoon in Andalusia.
-“We work in a serious way with parameters that give you more or less opening per incidence. And we are talking about parameters of more or less 500 or 1000 cases per hundred thousand inhabitants”, Aguirre recalled, who took the opportunity to thank the hotel and catering industry and commerce for their “effort” during the coronavirus pandemic.

Bendodo- “Now some communist gentlemen come to tell us that ham and oil are harmful to health”: {Translated from sevilla.abc.es}
-The Andalusian government is rebelling against the nutritional traffic light that the Ministry of Consumer Affairs intends to introduce to warn us whether or not a food is harmful to our health. Two of Andalusia’s most exported products, olive oil and Iberian ham, get a C and an E, in orange and red, and would form part of the group of foods classified as “occasional consumption” and “not recommended”, respectively.
-The Junta de Andalucía does not like this classification, which it considers an “attack” on two emblematic products of the region’s agriculture, livestock and gastronomy. “Now come these communist gentlemen and tell us that even ham and oil are harmful,” complained the government spokesman, Elías Bendodo, referring to Alberto Garzón, the Minister for Consumer Affairs.
-The Minister of the Presidency has assured that these sectors “provide many thousands of jobs in our land” and has called for an end to the attacks on the Andalusian countryside.
Harmful
-“This, that olive oil and ham can be harmful to health can be suggested by the same minister who said that tourism was precarious and seasonal”, stressed Bendodo.
-Faced with criticism from olive oil producers, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs announced that it would remove the liquid gold from the Nutriscore traffic light. “Under no circumstances is the olive oil sector going to be forced to use a label that goes against scientific evidence,” said Alberto Garzón, the Minister for Consumer Affairs on Canal Sur Televisión.
-The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development has informed the Governing Council of the request to the Spanish Government for a singular and specific treatment on the Nutriscore scale for olive oil and other products, such as those derived from Iberian pork, due to their proven health value.
-The Junta de Andalucía considers necessary a revision of the system used by Nutriscore for the categorisation of some foods such as olive oil, which should have a recognition of the highest level of nutritional quality on this scale (‘A’ dark green) and yet is included in the intermediate level (‘C’ yellow). This disparity in categorisation is due to the fact that the algorithm used by Nutriscore currently considers the calorie content of foods as the main parameter, without taking into account the scientifically proven benefits of, for example, the consumption of olive oil.
-In a similar situation are products derived from the Iberian pig, whose qualification also deserves specific treatment as they are products with healthy properties that have not been taken into consideration in the process of assigning scores in this nutritional information tool.
-Agriculture’s request, which is also supported by the Regional Ministry of Health and Families, is in response to the fact that the Ministry of Consumer Affairs is currently processing the draft Royal Decree implementing the Nutriscore scale in Spain. Its aim is to provide consumers with clear information on the nutritional quality of foods so that they can choose the healthiest option. To this end, it is proposed to include on the front of food packaging the corresponding Nutriscore scale logo, which consists of five colours (from dark green to dark orange) associated with five letters (from ‘A’ to ‘E’).
-This simplified method of product identification is based on the presence of certain nutrients per 100 grams of food. Among the less nutritionally favourable components, Nutriscore considers calories, sugars, saturated fatty acids and sodium. Among the nutrients considered more favourable are, for example, protein, dietary fibre or the percentage of fruit, vegetables, pulses and nuts. Pirate TV Streaming App Mobdro Disappears, Users in Mourning: It is not uncommon for piracy-based sites and services to disappear offline for a while. Problems with sources, hosting and domain names can all cause issues. Indeed, over the years Mobdro has hopped to additional domains too, from Mobdro.com and Mobdro.sc, to Mobdro.bz more recently.
This instability can cause problems for people looking to download the app but issues with the underlying streams are more immediately noticeable to users. Cries that Mobdro is no longer working are abundant on Twitter but to date there has been no official announcement from the developer behind the streaming tool. Forty-five new speed cameras for Spain’s roads: Spanish Traffic Department plans to install 45 new speed cameras in the coming months. This will bring the total to more than 1,400 speed traps in Spain to control speeding and fine drivers who go over the speed limit. The government has said that the process has already begun and that the speed cameras will mainly be section radars which could be operational before the end of the year. The Spanish Traffic Department (DGT) says there are currently 1,392 radars on the roads, of which 764 are fixed, 548 are mobile, and 80 are sectional, which means that they monitor the time it takes a vehicle to get between one point and another. The Traffic Department has been collecting more than €1 million per day since 2008 in fines for drivers who violate traffic regulations. Photo:Shutterstock.
