UPDATED- The BOJA publishes the municipalities with perimeter closure in Andalusia from today: {Translated from https://sevilla.abc.es}
Updated: 19/01/2021 21:52
-The Junta de Andalucía extends from 00:01 hours this Wednesday, January 20, the perimeter closure to 110 municipalities of the autonomous community – among which are the capitals of Cádiz , Córdoba , Granada , Huelva and Málaga – by reaching a incidence rate coronavirus Covid-19 higher than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
-These municipalities are added to the 219 -including Almería capital- in which said perimeter confinement has been in force since this past Sunday, January 17, according to an order of the Ministry of Health and Families published this Tuesday in an extraordinary edition of the Bulletin Official of the Junta de Andalucía ( BOJA ) that comes into force this Wednesday, January 20.

Taking the dog out after the curfew is allowed in Andalusia “if strictly necessary”: {Translated from https://sevilla.abc.es} Updated: 19/01/2021 15:50
-The curfew, which is currently established at ten at night in Andalusia, is not an impediment to taking the dog out . This was confirmed this Tuesday by the Minister of the Presidency and spokesman for the Andalusian Government, Elías Bendodo , after the press conference after the Governing Council.
-In this way, and questions from journalists, Bendodo has indicated that dog owners can take them out after ten o’clock at night “if it is strictly necessary.” However, the counselor has stressed that this is not carte blanche to be able to leave after ten o’clock and you have to “use common sense ” .
-It is not the first time that dog owners have been allowed extraordinary outings. It is something that already happened in the months of March, April and May when all citizens were confined to their homes. Then the central government already included the outings with the dog as possible despite the state of alarm.

Gibraltar coronavirus deaths quadruple in fortnight: Updated 18 January 2021.
Gibraltar was reeling Monday after 13 people died at the weekend, with soaring Covid-19 infections driving the death toll up fourfold in under a fortnight. The deaths came two weeks after Gibraltar imposed a second lockdown to slow the soaring rate of infections, with its 34,000 residents only able to leave home for essential shopping, to work, exercise or for medical reasons.
Initially slated for two weeks, the lockdown was extended on Friday and is likely to remain in place until the end of the month.
The number of cases has also more than tripled, with the territory counting 3,670 cases, Sunday’s figures showed, up from just over 1,000 at the start of December. Full article: https://www.thelocal.es/20210118/gibraltar-reels-as-covid-deaths-quadruple-in-fortnight
