-The curfew in Andalusia will continue at ten at night. -The Minister of Health Salvador Illa announced that the next target group for vaccination will be people over 80 years of age. The Health Minister affirmed that there are not vaccines for everyone at the same time, but he wanted to convey tranquillity, because “Europe has ordered another 300 million vaccines, of which 75 million will arrive in Spain in the second quarter.”
-When asked if there are guarantees so that those who have received the first dose can receive the second in due time and form, the also candidate for the PSC in the next elections in Catalonia affirmed that “yes, they are guaranteed” and that “Nothing happens if instead of getting vaccinated a second time at 21 days it is done at 22, 23 or 24”.
-On whether there will be sanctions for mayors and political officials who have been vaccinated when they were not eligible, Salvador Illa said that this is not the task of the Ministry of Health , but “of the autonomous communities.”
-Illa also gave the data that Spain has exceeded one million vaccinated against Covid-19 this Wednesday. Specifically, there are already 1,025,937 people who have received some dose, of which 15,642 have already been immunized with the two required . The Ministry has already distributed a total of 1,346,100 doses to the autonomous communities, of which 76.2 percent have already been administered.

Covid Vaccine Scammers in Almeria: The National Police in Almeria have warned of yet another vaccine scam targeting the elderly and vulnerable. Officials reported that two older people were visited in their home by a man wearing a white coat claiming to be a health worker there to offer them the Covid-19 Pfizer jab. He then proceeded to questions the pensioners about other people living on their urbanisation, seemingly particularly interested in whether they lived alone.
