NEW COVID RULES- Guide to new Covid measures in Andalusia after 9 May, curfew, mobility and opening hours for bars and shops: {Translation} Updated: 06/05/2021, 21:13
-The end of the state of alarm is imminent and the measures with which the Junta will try to control the Covid pandemic in Andalusia are already known.
-Without the legal framework that this national alert situation entailed, the restrictions that modulated fundamental rights such as the right of assembly or freedom of movement will disappear. From now on, perimeter closures, the most widespread measure since the second wave, will only occur on an ad hoc basis and following a court ruling.
-All in all, the different areas of life and activity in Andalusia will be regulated from midnight on 9 May as follows:
*Mobility beyond the region*
-Following last week’s opening of Andalusia’s inter-provincial borders, from Sunday it will also be possible to travel beyond the borders of Andalusia to and from other autonomous communities.
-Similarly, it will now be possible to take a plane or any other means of transport with an international destination, as long as the country to which the traveller is going has a lax tourist policy and accepts visitors.
*Curfew*
-Disappears. There is no longer any legal basis for limiting movement through the streets of Andalusia, so it will no longer be necessary to carry any accreditation in this regard. Personal identification is still compulsory, of course, if required by the authorities.
*Catering opening hours*
-The restaurant trade will be closed until the stroke of midnight. They will have to close their shutters at midnight, gaining an hour and a half of service compared to the last regulatory framework. As the weeks progress and, with them, the health situation is expected to improve, bars and restaurants will be able to stay open until 1am.
-Moreno has advanced that the capacity for tables will be increased to 8 people inside the premises and 10 people on outdoor tables or terraces (depending on the level of alert).
*Nightclubs and bars*
-The hardest hit sector of the hotel and catering industry will resume its activity with opening hours until 2:00 am, and applying the same restrictions as in the case of bars and restaurants.
-The Junta has indicated that dancing will be limited to open-air areas and with obligatory masks. In the parts of Andalusia with level 2 and 3 health alerts, dance floors will not be available. Discotheques will be open, but without this possibility.
*Opening hours of shops and services*
-Commercial establishments will resume full activity, as there is no curfew. Shops, shopping centres, service offices, gyms… will resume their usual closing time.
*Culture and sporting events*
-At health alert level 3, the rule of one and a half metres of separation between spectators will have to be followed. In the case of Levels 1 and 2, it will be sufficient to leave one seat free between groups of spectators. This applies to cinemas, theatres, bullrings, sporting events and entertainment venues in general.
*Meetings*
-This is the other major ‘recovery’. Since the state of alarm has been lifted, this fundamental right can no longer be restricted, much less inside private homes. Without losing sight of the fact that the daily number of new infections is in the thousands in the region, it will be vital to have some legal tool to prevent overcrowding, such as the Public Safety Act, which governs capacity.
*Celebrations*
-There is a limit of 300 people inside the halls/venues of celebration and 500 people in the case of outdoor ceremonies or receptions.
*Beaches and swimming pools*
-There is no time limit in these two cases.

Raspberry Flavour Bananas Arrive On The Peninsula: The red banana is not of the Cavendish variety, like the traditional Canary Island banana, and as well as the exterior colour difference they also have a different flavour. They are slightly smaller and have a tougher “bright purple, between purple and brown” skin. However, the interior of the fruit looks much like a normal banana, although, there is a slightly pinkish tone to it. The texture is very similar, but the flavour has subtle hints of red fruits, particularly raspberry.
