Andalucía’s coronavirus incidence rate continues to drop to 65.2:
The Andalusian region has this Wednesday, 22 September, registered a total of 468 new coronavirus infections, an increase of 176 cases in 24 hours but 160 fewer than last Wednesday.
Data from the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography (IECA), also counts 15 deaths, five more than the day before and four more than a week ago.

Telegraph UK Exposé- Wuhan scientists planned to release coronavirus particles into cave bats, planned to create chimeric viruses, genetically enhanced to infect humans more easily:
-Wuhan and US scientists were planning to release enhanced airborne coronavirus particles into Chinese bat populations to inoculate them against diseases that could jump to humans, leaked grant proposals dating from 2018 show.
-New documents show that just 18 months before the first Covid-19 cases appeared, researchers had submitted plans to release skin-penetrating nanoparticles and aerosols containing “novel chimeric spike proteins” of bat coronaviruses into cave bats in Yunnan, China.
-They also planned to create chimeric viruses, genetically enhanced to infect humans more easily, and requested $14million from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) to fund the work.
-The proposal also included plans to mix high-risk natural coronavirus strains with more infectious but less dangerous varieties.

The wholesale price of electricity is now down 6% to 165.19 euros per MWh, after Tuesday’s increase: {Translation}

Escrivá proposes abolishing aid for low-income self-employed workers:
-The department headed by José Luis Escrivá has today transferred to the self-employed organizations its proposal to renew the Covid aid that, in line with the ERTE, will be extended until January 31. Algeria – Morocco Conflict Escalates:
It is just over 200mi/330km from Almeria to the Morocco/Algeria border.
Algeria’s supreme security council decided on Wednesday to close the country’s airspace to all Moroccan civil and military aircraft, the Algerian presidency said, less than a month after it cut diplomatic relations with the Kingdom citing “hostile actions”.
The border between Morocco and Algeria (1,427 km / 887 miles) has been closed since 1994.
Algiers also accused Rabat of backing MAK, a separatist group that the government has declared a terrorist organisation. Authorities blame the group for devastating wildfires, mainly in Kabylie, that killed at least 65 people.
Relations have deteriorated since last year, when the Western Sahara issue flared up after years of comparative quiet. Morocco sees Western Sahara as its own, but the territory’s sovereignty has been disputed by the Polisario Front, an Algeria-backed independence movement.
