We are a short drive to Antequera and El Torcal, both exciting places to visit.
Also in the other direction we have the Caminito Del Rey, the stupendous walk in the gorge at El Chorro and then a visit to the turquoise lakes of Ardales.

Countries across the European Union have begun to enforce mandatory tests on travellers from Spain: The measure is being taken as the outbreaks detected on mainland Spain increase. Spain’s Basque region admits to second wave of Covid-19: More European countries are introducing travel restrictions against Spain, where Basque authorities admit they are experiencing a second coronavirus wave and another town in Castilla y León has been placed in confinement due to a surge in cases.
France is now advising its citizens not to travel to Aragón or Catalonia.

Beaches on Spain’s Costa del Sol put on Alert as deadly Portuguese Man o’war Jellyfish set to Invade Andalusia: The dangerous jellyfish which forced the closure of three Benidorm beaches last year have been spotted off the coast of Marbella. Jellyfish are often present on or near the shore after heavy rain, windy weather, or warmer temperatures such as experienced recently on the Costa del Sol. Sting victims have been left “paralysed with agony” after coming into contact with the Man O’War’s tentacles, which can stretch to over 100 feet in length.
