Thus, this Friday there are 32 more hospitalized, bringing the total number in the community to 1,372, a figure not seen for more than a month.
-In the ICU, meanwhile, there are also worse data, although more moderate. Thus, this Friday there are 292 admitted to intensive care, four more than yesterday and 30 more than a week ago. The rate of gain of admitted patients -both on the ward and in the ICU- is more moderate in this wave so far than in the previous one.
-This slower speed of the fourth wave is also observed in the progress of the accumulated incidence. Thus, compared to 180 cases per hundred thousand inhabitants yesterday in Andalusia, this Friday 190 are reported. The advance is only ten points, well below the explosive growth that had the third wave at the beginning.
-Where it still seems that the fourth wave has not yet arrived is in the number of deaths. The changes in the trend can be seen first in the number of infections -something that has already occurred-; then in hospitalized patients -also visible-; later in ICUs -where it is not yet clear but there is an incipient trend-; and, finally, in the number of deaths.
-Thus, the number of fatalities reported this Friday in Andalusia is nine, valley still product of the decline of the third wave. However, if everything happens as it is happening so far, in a couple of weeks it is foreseeable that the number of deaths will increase. Because phone and internet packages are so expensive here compared to the rest of the EU, we have taken a look at recent data from FACUA-Consumers in Action, who analysed offers from 24 different mobile phone companies between April 6th and 7th to find the best deals.
-For people who want unlimited calls, but don’t need the rate to include data, the cheapest deals are €6.50 with Xenet, €6.89 with Suop, and €6.90 for Global and Finetwork.

3,000-year-old ‘Lost Golden City’ found under the sands of Egypt: Archeologists in Egypt have found a so-called “lost golden city” under the sand near Luxor, some 3,000 years after it was built for King Tutankhamun‘s grandfather.
The city of Aten, which was built on the western bank of the Nile River, would have been a major industrial and administrative hub during Tut’s rule.
