-Andalusia continues to ride the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic. -The number of infections, which reached below half a hundred on Monday and Tuesday, days in which the notification tends to be lower, today is again above a thousand. Thus, 1,207 cases have been reported by the Regional Ministry of Health, a figure very similar to that reported by the Junta on the same day last week.
-This number, although it reflects the growth of the fourth wave, comes in the week in which the effects of the easing of restrictions during Easter Week should begin to be seen. And yet there is no noticeable growth so far. However, we will have to wait until the end of this week to see whether this is sustained or just the effect of Monday.
-The cumulative incidence rate of the autonomous community has risen for 13 days and stands at 225.3 per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, 23.5 points more in two days (the incidence of the disease in the region is not reported on Sunday) and 69.9 above the rate of 155.4 last Monday.
-In any case, deaths remain at minimal numbers. Only three deaths were reported on Monday. Whether it is because of the vaccines or because the number of deaths is where changes in the trend are most noticeable later, the fact is that the death toll from the pandemic – now 9,456 since the start of the health crisis – has been at its lowest level for months. Spain will use Janssen Covid-19 vaccine for the 70-79 age group: Spain will be receiving its first shipment of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccines “first thing on Wednesday,” Health Minister Carolina Darias announced today. The government is expecting to get 300,000 doses of the one-shot treatment, making it the equivalent of twice as many doses of the other Covid-19 vaccines currently used in Spain: Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech and Oxford-AstraZeneca. Darias also stated on Monday that the first group in line for the vaccine will be people between 70 and 79 years of age. Facebook Analytics Will Shut Down On June 30 – Here’s Why That Is (And Isn’t) A Big Deal: This week, Facebook quietly informed users of Facebook Analytics that the free tool will no longer be available as of June 30, 2021 (You’ll need a paid business account to use it after that. -Ed.).
Until then, people will still be able to access reports and insights, and they’ll be able to export charts and tables. Advertisers and developers that want to retain access to their currently available data will need to export it to their desktop by the end of June.
