SCAM Alert- Supposed expert on cryptocurrencies accused of defrauding hundreds of people in Malaga: {Translation} J.R. has been arrested in Torrox (Málaga) this Monday at midday, according to elDiario.es. Biosca has been under arrest by the Audiencia Nacional since 5 June, which is investigating him for alleged offences of fraud, money laundering and criminal organisation. Biosca has been brought before the court. The plaintiffs had requested provisional detention for him and his family (his son Sergio Biosca and his wife Paloma Gallardo), although both his son and wife have already appeared in court and stated the address where they will be available. That is to say, if it were to be applied, pre-trial detention would only be for Biosca Sr.
The lawyer handling one of the complaints, Juan Carlos Gómez León of Gran Vía Advocats, explained to this newspaper that there are hundreds of people affected throughout Spain. He represents twenty. Some put in little money (from a thousand euros); others, high amounts (up to a million). “There are people affected all over the country and all kinds of profiles,” he says. Once the complaint was admitted for processing, others who had filed individual complaints joined the case. This alleged broker’s case is the first macro-claim for alleged cryptocurrency fraud to reach the National Court. COVID-19

Covid Spain- The cumulative incidence in Spain continues to decline, with 115 cases: {Translation, summary} Updated: 07·06·21, 18:37
-The Centre for Coordination of Alerts and Health Emergencies said that the covid pandemic continues to decline slowly but steadily and this Monday the incidence in 14 days stands at 115.3, two points less than last Friday.
-In the last seven days there have been 91 deaths, according to Simón, although he warned that these figures are still provisional due to delays in weekend notifications.
-He also said that the occupancy of the ICUs is falling faster than in previous weeks and is at 11.8% (three tenths less than on Friday) and hospital occupancy remains at 3.3%.
-Simón expressed concern about the hospital situation in Madrid, which is the only region with high pressure in the ICUs (26.25 %) and with 6.3 % of the beds on the ward occupied.
-The Ministry of Health has reported 9,536 new positives since Friday and 40 more deaths.
-For a couple of weeks now, Andalusia (186.3), the Basque Country (184.1) and La Rioja (215.6) have been at high risk of transmission, with an incidence of between 150 and 250 cases, while Madrid has managed to leave this list today, going from 154.6 cases on Friday to 151.5 on Monday.
*Deaths*
-Of the 91 deaths in the last seven days, 18 have been reported in Madrid, 12 in Andalusia, 8 in the Basque Country and another 8 in Galicia.
Asturias remains the region with the highest fatality rate in the pandemic (3.7%), followed by Castilla-La Mancha (3.1%), Castilla y León (3%) and Aragón (2.8%).
Hospital admissions and discharges
-Over the weekend there were 356 admissions to Spanish hospitals for covid and 154 discharges. Source, Spanish:

Covid Axarquia- La Axarquía has 378 active cases of coronavirus in 21 of its municipalities: {Translation} Updated: 7June2021, 10:30
-In the Axarquia region, 21 of its 31 municipalities still have at least one active case of coronavirus. Only the towns of Alcaucín, Alfarnatejo, Árchez, Arenas, Benamargosa, Canillas de Aceituno, Canillas de Albaida, Cútar, Macharaviaya and Sedella are free of Covid-19 cases. In these localities, all confirmed cases have recovered or died. The last locality to confirm that it has no active cases of coronavirus has been Benamargosa, where the only remaining case has managed to overcome the disease.
-Thus, Axarquia still has 378 active cases of coronavirus located in the municipalities of Vélez-Málaga (129). Rincón de la Victoria (88). Nerja (55). Colmenar (18). Frigiliana (15). Riogordo (15). Covid Malaga- Covid rate rises 10 points in Malaga after the weekend and hospitalisations increase: {Translation}
Updated: 07 Junio, 2021, 14:33
-The data are not good. Slowly and steadily, the Covid rate in the province of Malaga continues to rise. On Friday it was 150.1 and, after the weekend, it now stands at 160.7. Ten points more in three days. Furthermore, this figure consolidates the entry into the high risk level for the spread of the pandemic, where it has been since then. High risk is that which includes an incidence between 150 and 250 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. The province is in this range. However, the city of Malaga – its most populated area – is somewhat lower. Its rate is 140.9. This means that the capital is at a medium risk level. But it is six points higher than just three days ago.
-The good news is that there have been no deaths. Since Friday there have been no new deaths from the virus, bringing the total for the nearly 15 months of the pandemic to 1,652 people.
-Another indicator that is not positive is the number of hospitalisations. On Sunday, after several weeks, they were below 100. But this Monday they are on the rise again. There are currently 104 patients admitted to hospitals in the province. Of these, 16 are in intensive care due to their seriousness. Since the Covid health crisis began, 8,152 people infected with the virus have required hospital admission. Of these, 782 have had to be treated in an ICU.
-The number of newly infected and cured patients is more or less in balance. In the last two days, 253 more people have tested positive and another 266 people have been cured of the disease. In total, since March 2020, 101,328 patients have contracted the disease and 97,268 have been cured. Covid Andalucía Vaccination- Andalusians between 41 and 46 years old can make an appointment this week: {Translation} Updated: 07/06/2021, 19:20
-Since Tuesday 8 June, people born in 1976 and 1975, i.e. those who turn 46 or 45 during 2021, can make an appointment for the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine directly on the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) website via ClicSalud+, through the mobile application and the Salud Responde telephone number (955 54 50 50 60) and also at their health centre, preferably by telephone. Over the next few days, the opening of the appointment schedules will continue so that those born in 1977 and 1978 (who turn 44 and 43 in 2021) can request an appointment on Thursday 10 June and those who turn 42 and 41 in 2021 (born in 1979 and 1980) can do so on Friday.
-Immunisation for this age group will be carried out by Pfizer, Moderna or Janssen. On the other hand, as a novelty this week, on Wednesday 9, the possibility of self-citation will also be opened for people born between 1954 and 1961 who have not yet received their dose. This pending group of people will be vaccinated with Janssen.
-The possibility to make an appointment directly in Andalusia will thus be extended by the end of the week for all persons aged 41 years and older. The number of appointments will be adjusted according to the number of doses available and will be operational for people registered in the SAS User Database, regardless of whether they have public or private insurance. People who have passed the disease must wait six months from the diagnosis of the infection to be able to make an appointment.
-Appointments for the administration of the second dose cannot be requested through these channels and will be provided in most cases at the time of vaccination or will be communicated later by their health centre.
-This week, Andalusia is receiving 508,920 doses: 428,220 from Pfizer, 55,000 from Moderna and 25,700 from Janssen. The AstraZeneca doses have not been confirmed, but a shipment is planned.
-In addition, anyone over the age of 55 who has not been given an appointment because their details have not been updated in the SAS database or for any other reason has the option of contacting the SAS to obtain an appointment for vaccination via the telephone numbers set up for this purpose. These lines are manned from each centre and have been specifically reinforced. These telephone numbers are published on the SAS website, where there is a specific section on appointments and Covid-19 vaccination with updated information. The EU Digital Covid Certificate- Who will be issuing them and what are they for?: From July 1, the European Union is going to put into use a “coronavirus passport” that will allow its citizens to travel across the 27-country bloc without the need for quarantines – assuming the epidemiological situation does not take a new turn for the worse. The “EU Digital Covid Certificate,” as the scheme is known, is seeking to standardize the documents issued by each country so that they can be recognized by each member. Spain reopens to global tourists, provided they can prove they have been vaccinated against Covid-19:
-The Spanish government has published the new requisites for travellers arriving in the country from outside the European Union and countries associated with the Schengen free-travel area. As was expected, the text released in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on Saturday states that from today, passengers from risk zones will be permitted to enter Spain if they have been administered the full doses of a Covid-19 vaccine approved by either the World Health Organization (WHO) or the European Medicines Agency (EMA), more than 14 days prior to arrival. No proof of vaccination, recovery or diagnostic test will be required from tourists from low-risk zones, said the government in a release, although everyone will still have to fill out the travel form available on Spain Travel Health (SpTH). Spain eases Covid restrictions and opens its borders to all fully-vaccinated tourists and cruise ships: As of this Monday, 7 June, Spain is easing coronavirus control measures and opening its borders to all passengers entering the country who can show they are fully-vaccinated against the disease. Travellers must have received the complete schedule of one of the vaccines recognised by the World Health Organization (WHO) or the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
In addition, as from 7 June, cruise ships from other countries, banned since the outbreak of the pandemic, are also able to dock in Spain again. Full article: http://www.surinenglish.com/national/202106/07/spain-eases-covid-restrictions-20210607094049.html

ANDALUCIA

Eight people in Andalucía are jabbed with ‘undiluted’ doses of a Covid vaccine: Eight people have been accidentally vaccinated with ‘undiluted’ doses of the Pfizer / BioNTech coronavirus vaccine in Andalucía, it has been confirmed. The incident happened last Friday at a mobile vaccination unit in San Juan de Aznalfarache, in Seville.
Once the error was detected, the Junta de Andalucía’s Ministry of Health said the eight people were transferred from the vaccination site to the San Juan de Aznalfarache health centre in the city, where they were examined by a primary care doctor. Andalusian residents will be the first to have an EU-accredited vaccination certificate in Europe: This was announced this Monday, 7 June, by the president of the Junta, Juanma Moreno. Moreno has explained that those over 65, who have already received two doses of vaccines, will be the first to start receiving the accredited certificate from today at home by post.
It will also be available to those who have recently recovered from Covid.
The certificate will also cover a third group: those not vaccinated but who have undergone a coronavirus test – either PCR or antigens – with a negative result. In this case, the card will be valid for one to three days and can be used to travel or attend cultural or sporting events.

Tennis News:
-Djokovic recovers from 2-set French Open hole against teen. After dropping a pair of tiebreakers to begin the fourth-round match, Djokovic suddenly went from a big deficit to his best tennis. He grabbed 13 games in a row in a dominant display before Lorenzo Musetti stopped playing because of lower back pain and cramps while trailing in the fifth set. The result officially goes into the books as a retirement. The score when Musetti quit showed Djokovic ahead 6-7 (7), 6-7 (2), 6-1, 6-0, 4-0.
-Argentine 10th seed Diego Schwartzman reached his third French Open quarter-final on Monday with a 7-6 (11/9), 6-4, 7-5 win over Germany’s Jan-Lennard Struff.
Schwartzman will face 13-time champion Rafael Nadal or Italian teenager Jannik Sinner for a place in the last four. He was beaten by the Spaniard in last year’s semi-finals.
-Greece’s Maria Sakkari demolished last year’s French Open runner-up Sofia Kenin 6-1, 6-3 on Monday to reach the quarter-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time.
-Coco Gauff became the youngest Grand Slam quarter-finalist in 15 years on Monday when she defeated Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur at the French Open. Gauff, seeded 24, swept to a 53-minute 6-3, 6-1 win and takes on Barbora Krejcikova of the Czech Republic for a place in the semi-finals.
