Up to 87 hospitalized for Covid in Malaga, 10 of them in the ICU: {Translation} Updated: June 20, 2021, 14:39
-The healthcare pressure has been falling slightly but steadily for many days, and this Sunday, six weeks after the state of alert was lifted, the statistics show that in Malaga there are currently 87 patients admitted for Covid-19, four more in the last 24 hours. Of these, ten patients are hospitalised in Intensive Care Units (ICU), one more than last Saturday.
-The Regional Ministry of Health and Families has again updated the data in Andalusia and confirms that there are 570 confirmed Covid-19 patients admitted to hospital. As for the number of infections, deaths and cured patients, as has been the norm for weeks, this Sunday’s health report makes no mention whatsoever of them. Nor is there any update on the incidence rate during the weekends.
-Malaga is home to 15.26% of the hospitalised patients in the entire autonomous community. The worst figure is registered by the capital of Seville with 153 hospitalised patients and 46 patients in ICU, which translates into 26.84% of the total number of hospitalised Andalusians. Below are Cordoba with 83, Granada with 78 and Jaen with 70. Almeria is the Andalusian province with the lowest number of patients admitted to its hospitals, 12.
-In terms of vaccinations, thanks to the 119,779 injections administered in Malaga last week, the number of people in the province with at least one dose is 792,983, an increase of almost 76,000 compared to last week. Of all the inoculations counted since the vaccination campaign began (1,235,441), as many as 467,202 people now have the full course.
-In the first six months of the campaign, 6,498,033 vaccines against the coronavirus have been administered at regional level, just 97.5% of the doses received. More than four million Andalusians have already received a dose and 2.52 million people have already received the full course, i.e. 29.7% of the population living in the autonomous community. Is Windows 11 On The Way? : Earlier this week, a copy of the next version of Windows leaked onto the web.
Known officially as Windows 11, the leaked copy is a pre-beta version. That hasn’t stopped tech sites publishing mini reviews, assessing everything from its visual appearance to various technical features.
Visually, the biggest changes you’ll notice can be found along the taskbar. Microsoft has centered the app icons here (like on Macs), cleaned up the tray area, and included a new Start button and menu. The Settings window has also adopted a Mac appearance.

Yes, Again! Update- Your Chrome Browser to Patch Yet Another New Threat in General Circulation:
Successful exploitation of the flaw could mean corruption of valid data, leading to a crash, and even execution of unauthorized code or commands.
The issue was reported to Google anonymously on June 15
Chrome users are recommended to update to the latest version (91.0.4472.114) by heading to Settings > Help > ‘About Google Chrome’ to mitigate the risk associated with the flaw.
(As we have seen, these Chrome hack patches are now a weekly occurrence. Either Google Chrome is the worst code ever written, or is it now under hack attacks around the clock. Either way, I recommend using an alternative browser. My current fav is UR Browser. Made in France, free, secure, no tracking or data collection plus free VPN & Ad Blocker, see it here, not an affiliate link- https://www.ur-browser.com/en-US . -Ed.)

International Music Day, something to celebrate? Some Spanish musicians say “NO!”: Hundreds of performances and cultural events will mark this Monday an International Music Day, the celebration of which has been rejected by the musicians’ unions, who denounce that “public administrations and political parties” have planned acts that do not respect current legislation.
They also denounce the precariousness of their work and assure that they will only celebrate Music Day “when our labor rights are respected every day of the year.” That is why they end their text with a resounding phrase: “Something to celebrate on Music Day? Nothing to celebrate.” Full article: https://spainsnews.com/music-day-something-to-celebrate/
