MOONETTE – Organic Skincare for Mature Skin
We are a Torrox-based company specialising in the creation of formulae which help prevent premature skin ageing. We are committed to making effective products at affordable prices.
Your skin health matters to us. How you feed your skin is as important as how you feed your body. Why settle for anything less than natural and organic?
As our skin is the first layer of our defence against microbial infections, ultraviolet radiation and environmental contamination it plays a vital role in our health. As we grow older, however, our skin becomes thinner, wrinkled, and more sensitive; hence it requires the use of treatments containing specific ingredients to the care of treating mature skin.
Recognising this need we have created a range of formulae which help
-slow down ageing process by smoothing fine lines and wrinkles.
-improve facial complexion and eliminate blemishes.
At Moonette, we are passionate about health, beauty and plants. Your skin will benefit from the properties of botanic essential oils combined with a selection of nutrients for deep hydration, cell revitalization and antioxidant effect, all sourced from the finest natural ingredients with gorgeous fragrances.
Naturally, we care about our planet and feel the need to help reduce the sheer volumes of plastics waste that are generated daily around the globe. COVID-19
Covid Andalucía- All Indicators Trending Lower:
{Translation} 04/02/2022 16:25
-This Friday the community recorded 5,136 positive results for Covid-19. This is some 300 fewer than yesterday and, furthermore, 3,000 fewer than on the same day last week.
-This sustained drop in the number of cases of coronavirus has meant that the incidence has also fallen sharply. Thus, this Friday it stands at 807 cases per hundred thousand inhabitants at two weeks, almost 50 points less in one day. There is also a drop in this value at one week, which suggests that the curve will continue to decline in the coming days.
-In hospitalised patients, there has been a drop and, in addition, Andalusia has broken through the threshold of 2,000 admitted by Covid. The community has this Friday 1,985 patients by coronavirus, 107 less than yesterday and 345 less than at the peak of this wave, which occurred on 25 January, with 2,330 hospitalised.
-The number of ICU patients has also fallen again, which confirms that the wave is slowing down. This Friday there are 229, seven less than yesterday. In addition, the community has now had three consecutive days with decreases in this area.
-And there has also been a drop in the number of reported deaths this Friday. There are 20, less than half of those reported on Thursday (52) and less than on the same day last week (28). However, it is still too early to confirm that this variable is also in decline and we will have to wait for the next few days to see how it evolves. Covid Malaga- Drop in healthcare pressure with 40 fewer hospitalized with Covid in Malaga: {Translation} 4Feb22 14:02
-The pandemic seems to be taking a break. This Friday there is a sharp drop in the pressure on hospitals, more people are being cured than newly infected and the rate of infection has been falling for the past two weeks. However, five more deaths have been reported with the virus.
-The most significant figure in the report provided by the Consejería de Salud y Familias is the number of hospitalised patients. This Friday there are 383. 40 less than the previous day, when there were 423. Of those who are hospitalised, 39 remain in Intensive Care due to their seriousness.
-The downside of the report is that there are five more deaths of people infected with the virus. But that means that of the 40 who are no longer in hospital, the vast majority are because they have been discharged. Since March 2020, 12,556 Covid-infected patients have required hospitalisation, including 1,107 in an ICU. With regard to deaths, after the latest notifications, the total since the start of the pandemic in the province of Malaga is 2,192.
-Another number to be optimistic about is the number of people cured of the disease, which is once again higher than the number infected. There are 1,492 compared to 920 new positives. This is a good ratio because it means that more people have overcome the disease than have contracted it. The cumulative number of discharges in these almost two years of epidemiological crisis is 202,050 at the provincial level.
-And another encouraging fact: the rate continues to fall. It has been falling for two weeks. On Thursday it was 701.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and now stands at 668.2 at provincial level. The same trend is registered in Andalusia – from 850.4 to 807.3 – and in the city of Malaga – where it has fallen from 742.5 to 710.1. Source, Spanish:

SPAIN
Spain set to lift the mandatory use of masks outdoors order next week:
The Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, has confirmed government ministers will meet on Tuesday to approve the Royal Decree that will eliminate the coronavirus control measure on the streets, possibly as soon as Wednesday. Full article: https://www.surinenglish.com/spain/spain-lift-mandatory-20220204094702-nt.html
OCU considers it unscientific to maintain the mandatory use of face masks outdoors: {Translation} 3Feb22 9am
-The Organisation of Consumers and Users (OCU) is calling on the Ministry of Health to end the compulsory wearing of masks outdoors except in those circumstances in which it is not possible to maintain a safe distance in interactions with other people, as has always been recommended by the WHO.
-For OCU, the measure approved in the Congress of Deputies is ineffective for the prevention of the coronavirus and causes enormous fatigue among citizens after two years of pandemic and 6 waves of contagions that have served to accumulate enough evidence about the effectiveness of the various protective measures that were lacking in March 2020. OCU recalls, in this regard, that the mandatory and continuous use of masks outdoors has never been part of the recommendations of the WHO or other agencies and scientific societies. OCU also recalls that it does not exist in other countries with contagion figures even higher than those currently recorded in Spain.
-OCU also considers it necessary to evaluate the cost-benefit of many of the restrictive measures that have been taken during the different waves of the virus. Citizens do not understand the continuity of many of them in view of the null effects in some cases or the unequal application of the same in different autonomous regions and countries.
-In addition to eliminating the compulsory use of masks outdoors, OCU asks the Ministry of Health to address a specific and precise timetable for the withdrawal of restrictive measures in schools, nursing homes and health centres so that the most vulnerable people (children, the elderly, the sick) can return to normality as soon as possible and not see their psychological development and mental health, which in many cases has been seriously affected by the pandemic and its effects, damaged in this way.
-Finally, OCU calls on the Ministry of Health and the Autonomous Communities to address the normalisation of the accompaniment of hospitalised people and those at the end of life, as well as mobility and visiting arrangements in homes for the elderly, which are still substantially restricted and which have serious effects on both patients and their families. Source, Spanish: https://www.axarquiahoy.es/articulo/salud/ocu-considera-poco-cientifico-mantener-uso-obligatorio-mascarilla-exteriores/20220203082049046293.html
ANDALUCIA
Countdown Begins! – The Board sets a date for “normality” after considering the peak of the sixth wave has been overcome: {Translation} 04/02/2022, 10:28
-The Regional Minister for Health and Families, Jesús Aguirre, stated this Friday “clearly and forcefully that there is a downward trend” in the sixth wave of the coronavirus pandemic, both in the accumulated incidence of cases per 100,000 inhabitants and in hospital pressure, where the number of hospital admissions has already fallen below 2,000. He is confident that once the “peak” of this wave has been passed, in “15 or 20 days” the pandemic situation can enter a phase of “normality”.
-Speaking to Canal Sur TV, reported by Europa Press, Aguirre stressed that today she can say “clearly and forcefully that there is a downward trend”, not only in the accumulated incidence, which has been on a downward trend for three and a half weeks and which this Friday stands at 807 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, but also in terms of hospital pressure, which is now below 2,000 hospitalised, standing at 1,985, of which 229 are in ICU, a figure which is also falling.
-“We hope that the drop in this sixth wave will be rapid, just as the rise was rapid, and that in a few days’ time we will have a certain degree of calm,” said the minister, who wanted to make it clear, in any case, that in no way “can we relax the measures” of security. “We are in a clear fall, we have overcome the peak of the wave, but the virus continues to live with us, there are still deaths, admissions and many contagions, so we must take every precaution,” Aguirre insisted.
-The minister added that the hope is to reach “the low level of accumulated incidence in 15 or 20 days and to enter a phase of normality that will last over time”.
-As for the presence of the stealth subgroup in this wave of the omicron variant, he pointed out that very few cases have been detected in Andalusia with “a certain ease”, with a “focus” in Granada, and noted that although it seems more contagious, it is less virulent, so its presence does not generate greater concern. Sevilla Farmer Protest: {Translation} Half a thousand tractors and more than 4,000 farmers have participated in the massive tractor raid called by the agricultural organizations Asaja Sevilla, UPA, COAG, and Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias, which has cut off the AP-4 motorway, at the height of the Sevillian town of El Cuervo, to make visible once again his weariness and the authentic reality of the Andalusian countryside: “we can’t do it anymore”. “What else has to happen in Spain for the Government to realize that they have ruined us?”, the attendees lamented.
-Although there have been some moments of tension with the presence of the Civil Guard and some protesters who wanted to bypass the security cordon, finally the cut, which has lasted three hours, has been carried out as planned. “We have been stopped by the pandemic, but we need to make it visible, in unity of action as we have been doing for months, if they do not want to listen to us, we will continue, we need something to be done,” insisted Ricardo Serra, president of Asaja Sevilla. A “call for help”, as he has described it, to insist that “the field is fed up with political leaders telling lies and that, if something is not done, and Minister Planas does not attend to our claims, the entire sector will will go to waste.”
-In addition, it has detailed all of this occurs in a context in which the prices in origin “have fallen or are at a standstill”, and the production costs have gone up exponentially. Therefore, the farmers, locals are calling for action to bring its laws and the cost of labor to the reality of the field, an effective application of the law of the chain, and that upholds the dignity of agriculture.
-This is not the only mobilization of the field that has been held in recent weeks in Andalusia. A few days ago, there was an agrarian strike in Jaén in which practically the vast majority of cooperatives and companies in the province participated. Photo: Asaja Seville. MALAGA
Mystery of why this cruise ship has been anchored off the Costa del Sol for more than a month is solved: The Seabourn Encore cruise ship, which has been anchored in Malaga bay since 27 December, is waiting to start its season and will set sail for Lisbon on 19 February. It has been a source of interest from sunbathers and people strolling on the coast’s beaches for several weeks as it has not budged from it’s position. But SUR can reveal that the cruise ship, owned by the Carnival group, will sail to Lisbon first before embarking on a 10-day cruise of the Canary Islands. https://www.surinenglish.com/malaga/malaga-city/seabourn-encore-sail-20220204112331-nt.html
City council bans overnight parking next to the Martín Carpena sports arena in Malaga after complaints: A councillor said the area was overrun with motorhomes and the situation was “unsustainable” because the space was designed for barely 100 and there are already more than 300, in addition to tents and other vehicles.
-From next week it will be illegal to park any type of vehicle next to the Martín Carpena sports arena in Malaga between midnight and 9am each day of the week. Full article: https://www.surinenglish.com/malaga/malaga-city/malaga-city-council-20220204154008-nt.html
